"Hotel staff is also very friendly, just when paying the tourist tax in cash SOM, they need around 10 mins to get you the change of balance and of course, they round up and they have minimal of cash, so you may consider to pay by card better. Taking Yandex taxi is consider very affordable, from Amir Timur square to HOtel is around SOM20k and we walk about 10-15mins to metro station from Hotel. The nearest is Chorsu Station. Using Yandex Map or Goole Map is find.Taxi to Aiport for Comfort + Car is around SOM40k. Metro paying cash is SOM3k/pax/entry."

"Arrived late at night. We had messaged the manager beforehand, and he checked us in at 4 AM. He was very polite. The hostel is close to the airport. There was tea and coffee available, along with dental kits, shampoo, and slippers. Not a bad option for an overnight stay."

"Requested the hotel for airport transfer as my flight was to arrive in Tashkent at 1:00 AM. They arranged the transfer and kept in touch with me throughout. The car was there by the time I walked out of the airport. The service was excellent, good clean room and excellent breakfast. I had to leave for Samarkand for a few days. Once again my request to keep my luggage with them until I returned to Tashkent was met without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent"

"The hotel is conveniently located, there are shops around, not far from Magic city and from the street with restaurants. It was quiet, I was able to work. The room has a kettle, tea, water, toothbrushes, gel and soap, slippers, towels, hair dryer. No refrigerator and shampoos. The room is clean, but the hotel is ”tired”, hard bed. Breakfast is modest, no assortment of vegetables. I stayed for 1 night, because the price was reduced and the bonus from the app was late check-out. I will not come to this hotel next time on purpose."

"For Chinese travelers visiting Tashkent for the first time and looking to avoid hostels, you can confidently book this place! 1. The owner is Chinese and incredibly welcoming, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. 2. **Seriously, their currency exchange rate is *much better* than what you'll find at the airport!!!** 3. There's a water dispenser with bottled water and hot water available. 4. The room was clean, and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. 5. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and it's not far from either the train station or the airport. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. 6. The rooms are spacious. 7. They were very quick to provide a receipt/invoice. The only downside was one particular local staff member at the front desk who always seemed to have a grumpy expression, as if we owed him a million dollars. It was quite off-putting."

"Beautiful brand new apartment. Really surprised of the room size and amenities. Not the greatest breakfast. But the price makes up for it. There are excellent coffeeshops around. Location is nice. New and upcoming area."

"The room is quite spacious. The hotel is located close to the airport, in an alley, and not far from the main attractions in the city. It is very convenient to take a taxi for shopping, but you need to walk a few hundred meters to take public transportation. The room furnishings and decoration are a bit old, but overall it is not bad, five-star praise!"
