"Location was perfect as it was located in the middle of Manhattan. Convenient to go anywhere really. Room was clean but not spotless. It is the US, not Asia 😂. All in all, pretty satisfied but the price was high during my stay."

"Great price. Upon arrival, I was a little surprised by the entrance, which truly looked like a garage. No elevator, so be prepared for stairs. The place felt a bit neglected, but the shared dorm rooms were very good, and I slept well thanks to the spacious beds. Finding good food nearby was a bit challenging, as there was no restaurant or meals offered at the hotel itself. In conclusion, I had a very nice trip, slept well, and would definitely consider returning. I was also very happy with the wonderful people I met during my stay here."

"The hotel's location is excellent, the front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast was great too. I didn't even mind waiting in line for the delicious homemade waffles! The gentleman who checked me in and the young man who checked me out were both very attentive and helped me cancel an extra room I had booked. When I left, they even thoughtfully asked about my Uber to the airport... I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to New York."

"Excellent location 5 minutes walked to time square. Subway station and restaurants everywhere. Booked a room, including 2 people breakfast. BKT was convenient and okay. If you drive, make sure to park your car across the hotel that parking lot. Pay the hotel directly when you checked out to get a better price. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"Traveling with my parents and two kids, we stayed in New York for 6 nights and booked two rooms at this hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. 💗 Located in Midtown, very close to Times Square, making it convenient to walk everywhere. 💗 The rooms have sofa beds that convert into a single bed, which is perfect for families with children. 💗 It has a kitchen, and since we stayed for 6 days, sometimes when I went out to meet friends, my mom would cook for the kids at the hotel. 💗 The breakfast was plentiful and you could even pack it to go. Every Wednesday afternoon there's a happy hour with lots of snacks. No matter when you return, there's always hot coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby.☕️ 💗 There's a laundry room downstairs, which is very convenient. ‼️ The only downside: the hotel's smoke alarm system is extremely sensitive. On two occasions, guests accidentally triggered it, causing the entire building to sound an alarm and disrupting our sleep. Also, the lobby is currently undergoing renovations, but it didn't affect our travels."

"There's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for jogging or strolling. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (a huge supermarket with milk, fruit, and more) and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. You might be able to book a Michelin-starred French restaurant like Jean Georges through the hotel reception; I tried it and it was delicious. The hotel lobby is very small, but there is luggage service. The room is shown in the picture. I stayed in the smallest, most basic double room, which is smaller than a standard studio. Hotel rooms in the city center are generally not very large. There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean. Disposable coffee cups were provided so I could bring my own coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wore earplugs to bed because the city center isn't quiet. The room was cleaned before bedtime each day, and a glass bottle of Evian and chocolate chip cookies were placed on the bedside table. Two bottles of water were also provided upon check-in. The room was cleaned twice a day and was very clean."

"I stayed at the hotel from 25 march to 8 April. The front desk staff were really nice. Especially Nahomy. The room was spacious and clean. There were enough amenities in the bathroom and the housekeeping was also nice. They provided us with what we asked for anytime. But I wish they provided more varieties in the breakfast. There wasn't a single chicken item. The hotel location was the best thing about it! 1 min away from time square. And probably 5 mins from Rockefeller center. Close distance to braynt park. It was one of the best hotels I stayed in! Definitely going back there!"

"This hotel is the best option if you have an early flight at EWR. The location is perfect: it is right on the airport grounds. The free shuttle is very convenient; it runs every 15 minutes to all terminals. I stayed in the King Room and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The food is a bit expensive, but the convenience is worth it. It is a solid choice for travelers."

"The room was small, but that's understandable for New York. The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location is excellent; you can take the subway or walk almost anywhere. I'm satisfied. Plus, the hotel can arrange airport transfers, which is super convenient! 😊"

"The air conditioner is an early type, and it is very noisy right next to the bed. The roar when it starts up makes it hard to sleep well all night. Other things are fine, cost-effective, but the noise is loud when the window facing the street is open"
