The location is super convenient – within walking distance to bike paths and the best spots for exploring the island. 🏡 Rooms and Grounds: The rooms are modern, clean, and very stylish, with thoughtful design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cottages – they're cozy, spacious, and perfect for both couples and families. The well-maintained green grounds, swimming pools, and beach umbrellas create a dream vacation atmosphere. 🤝 Staff: The hotel team is a definite plus! They are very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. They assisted us with bicycles, answered all our questions, and made our stay even more enjoyable. 🍽️ Food and Services: The breakfasts are delicious, with a variety of dishes to suit all tastes, and the restaurant offers interesting international cuisine. The free bicycles are a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the entire island. 🌞 Overall Impression: This hotel is perfect for anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, a beautiful beach, and a tranquil atmosphere. "Definitely not recommended if you want a night of fiery madness. I highly recommend it if you want a quiet, clean, and beautiful accommodation with children. It is located in the north and is quiet. "Cocana Resort truly deserves attention, and in this review, I'd like to detail all the pros and cons that management could address. Let's start with the pros: 1. **Location:** The hotel is perfectly situated on the opposite side of the port. There's an excellent supermarket with marked prices (!) and many great restaurants nearby. 2. **Beach Club:** The beach club is also quite good. It's nice that towels are always laid out on the sunbeds, so you don't have to search for them. The sand is excellent, but entering the water (like everywhere on Gili) requires coral shoes. 3. **Room with Pool Access:** I booked a room with pool access, and it was a good choice. The room itself is a bit dated, but overall, everything is fine. 4. **Staff:** The staff are wonderful people, always helpful and informative. Special thanks to Manager Laura – she is a true professional. 5. **Welcome Amenity:** They arranged a nice present in our room upon arrival. 6. **Breakfast:** The breakfasts are a masterpiece! A la carte plus buffet and unlimited drink orders (freshly squeezed juices, coffee) – definitely 10/10. Now for the cons: 1. **Hidden Costs:** When you stay at a hotel that costs four times more than similar options, it's simply ridiculous that bikes and other small amenities aren't free. Renting a bike for $1 an hour – seriously? Why not just include it in the stay? The same goes for masks, snorkels, and other water equipment. Similarly, with the minibar – at hotels of this caliber, at least the first minibar refill is complimentary – but not here. 2. **Breakfast Incident:** There was another incident at breakfast – I found a large piece of paper in my croissant. It wasn't a major issue, but the restaurant manager apologized profusely and offered a 10% discount on dinner 🤣. This was, of course, very amusing – a simple apology would have been sufficient instead of such an offer. So, my advice to the management is to simply fix these small things and don't try to squeeze out an extra couple of bucks – it spoils the experience. Otherwise, the hotel is superb, and I genuinely want to return."

"Nice hotel for money. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. We especially like Rizal. Very interesting and attentive. The hotel is located on the first line, but did not notice the noise of the restaurant. The mosque did not interfere; on the contrary, it gave a special atmosphere. It can only be heard when the door is open. The room is a bit dark. Wi-Fi wants the best. that's it."

"Great villa for a romantic getaway. The villa is beautiful, great private pool, well equipped kitchen to cook as well, bathroom was spacious but hope they can change the hairdryer because its too slow, friendly and helpful staff. All in all a super great stay! The cons would be the location of the villa its a bit in the inland of the island about 5-7mins bike ride from the jetty / town centre, walking can take upwards to 15mins so do rent a bike right away when you arrive at the jetty or you could ride the horse carriage if you’re not bothered by the white people none sense. When at night the roads can be dark so make sure to bring flashlights and when it’s raining the roads can be a bit muddy."

The level of service is outstanding — a true 5 out of 5 — and the experience feels much more like a five-star luxury resort rather than a hotel. Every detail is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping is impeccable, and the staff is attentive without ever being intrusive. The restaurant experience deserves special praise. The food quality, presentation, and service were consistently excellent. Breakfasts were a highlight of our stay — fresh, delicious, and served in a peaceful, beautiful setting that made every morning feel special. What truly sets this resort apart is the warmth and professionalism of the team. From the room staff to the restaurant team, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Personally, Gili Trawangan itself is not a destination that impressed me greatly. However, Pondok Santi Estate completely transformed our experience and made the island a place I would happily return to again — specifically because of this resort. We feel very fortunate to have stayed here and are deeply grateful for such a memorable and high-quality experience. Pondok Santi Estate is a true sanctuary of comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality, and we would not hesitate to return."

Удобное местоположение, близко к пляжу, рядом много варунгов и кафе, напротив недорогой супермаркет. Не большая, но приятная территория"
