"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and while the room met international standards, the experience was far from ideal. The tap water came out cloudy and took a long time to clear up. The exhaust fan was really noisy, and the blackout curtains didn't block out enough light. When I checked in this morning, the front desk lady was polite enough, but the guy who checked me out was perfunctory, didn't smile, and had a stiff, impolite demeanor. At night, the TV wasn't working due to a network connection issue. We had to call three or four times and wait over an hour before they finally arranged a room change. The man who brought the new room key also had a bad attitude. When I asked about the TV's network problem, he actually said the person in charge wasn't working. Overall, the service was completely lacking in proactiveness; we had to prompt and push for everything, and their efficiency was incredibly slow, like squeezing toothpaste."
