"I've stayed here twice, and both times the front desk service during check-in was very poor. The executive lounge service was a hit or miss, and there was one female staff member whose attitude was exceptionally bad (I forgot her name, but everyone should avoid her). However, I must commend the housekeeping staff. They were incredibly meticulous, even helping me hang my freshly washed clothes on the balcony, carefully laying them out one by one with towels underneath. I was deeply touched. A special shout-out to Chen Shanghong; with such dedication, you're bound to succeed wherever you go! 👍"

"Due to a project, I needed to find a place to stay near Meilan Airport at the end of 2025, away from the city center. I stumbled upon Jing Huayu and ended up staying there multiple times, totaling 12 nights, which left me with warm and cherished memories. The location is a convenient 10-minute drive from the airport high-speed rail station, and their shuttle service is efficient and well-organized. The guest rooms are clean, and the amenities are reliable. The front desk and service staff are warm and thoughtful; every time I checked in, it felt like 'coming home.' There are plenty of dining options nearby, and with residential buildings, a school, and a community center, it's a lively yet peaceful little haven next to the airport, blending modern and classic vibes. A particularly warm highlight of my memories is the cleaning staff, an 'ajie' (auntie) who was enthusiastic, professional, and full of life. She even shared some exquisite homemade pastries with me, giving me a glimpse into the laid-back life of the hospitable people of Hainan! Thank you for your care; I hope we have the chance to meet again."

"Although being based in a local, nondescript neighborhood, the Vienna hotel is excellent value for money and offers a stay not unlike higher priced options. It's quite close to the airport but too far to walk, you can take a didi car for 20rmb and they'll take you back to the airport free of charge when it's time to go. The bed, the pillows, the linen, wow, these are some of the best I've experienced. The shower and bathroom nice and well thought out. I was given a quiet corner room which I was grateful for. Keep in mind though that you will hear aircraft most of the day, but not to much in the early morning hours. I think the only reason to critique was that there was no fridge in the room. No worries, I lived without it. You can call lots of food options in from outside on an app, or just walk a few blocks from the hotel and turn right. The young staff were very helpful and always sought to please. There's a laundry too and you can do a wash and dry, they'll assist with the Chinese language machine. All in all a very comfortable stay with a good breakfast in the morning. Thank you to all the helpful and smiling staff."

"This was my parents' first trip to Hainan, and I chose the Homeinns Plus hotel. It's located in the Yintong International Center, which is super convenient for dining and getting around. Taxis to most major attractions take about 15 minutes. We arrived late, and the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk proactively upgraded our room type. Overall, the experience was fantastic! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!"

"Originally, we didn’t have high expectations for a hotel near the airport, but when we dragged our tired bodies to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk made us think this hotel was okay. After entering the room, the sanitary environment and hardware facilities were very good, and there was also Xiaodu intelligent voice control. I instantly felt that it was worth the money! When I left the hotel the next day, the front desk service was still great. There was a gift delivery service and souvenirs. Thank you👍👍👍"

"Quaint and clean room. Accomodating host which allowed us to rest in one of the rooms before checking into our actual room as we arrived early in the morning. Room improvement: hand basin is way too small to even brush your teeth. All toiletries must be placed outside the toilet and there isnt any rack inside the toilet nor the hand basin. Toilet also stank of sewage at some point every evening. Had to cover to toilet bowl, drain cover and toilet door tightly. Location is a plus as it is walking distance to tourist areas."

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately charmed by the array of adorable and thoughtfully placed decorations. The trendy Maneki-neko (lucky cat) wearing '¥' sunglasses, leaning against a large gold bar and giving a thumbs-up, was both cool and auspicious. It instantly brightened my mood, and I just had to snap a photo with it! Even cuter was the white cat at the front desk, crowned and holding a 'yuanbao' (traditional gold ingot symbolizing wealth) filled with candies and inscribed with '招财进宝' (bringing in wealth and treasure). The sweet treats and the cheerful vibe it radiated felt like the hotel's first heartwarming welcome, delighting both children and adults alike! The guest room decor was equally impressive. The elegant Chinese tea set and meticulously prepared tea leaves on the table instantly elevated the room's ambiance. Brewing a pot of tea and enjoying a moment of tranquility was utterly delightful. The beautiful faux floral arrangements in the room also won me over; their soft colors added a vibrant touch of life and warmth, clearly demonstrating the hotel's impeccable aesthetic sense. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the hotel's courtyard garden, with its lush green lawns and shady palm trees. The flagstone paths and a comfortable swing complemented each other beautifully. Whether gazing out from the room or taking a leisurely stroll in the courtyard, it was a truly serene and comfortable experience. All in all, from the moment I arrived, every single corner of the hotel showcased its thoughtfulness and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates quality and attention to detail. I'll certainly be returning for another stay!"

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was struck by the refreshing atmosphere. A light fragrance permeated the air, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. The cleanliness of the guest rooms was even more impressive. The sheets and duvet covers were pristine white, soft to the touch, and completely odorless. The tables and floors were spotlessly clean, even the bathroom corners were spotless, and toiletries were neatly arranged. The attention to detail was remarkable. The service must be highly praised! From the warm smile and patient answers from the front desk lady at check-in to the responsive and prompt service of housekeeping, every staff member was incredibly friendly. When I returned to my room that evening, the housekeeping staff thoughtfully changed my slippers and made my bed. Such thoughtful service was a real plus. The hotel's amenities were also comprehensive. The rooms not only had high-speed WiFi and smart TVs, but also comfortable sofas and desks, perfect for relaxing or working. The shower had ample water pressure and hot water, and I felt completely relaxed after a shower. It was a rejuvenating start to the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The environment was fresh, clean, and tidy, the service was friendly, the facilities were complete, and the value for money was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it to everyone."
