Rakuten STAY Kokura Station

The hotel is big and clean, the kitchen allow us the cook. the location is closed to JR station, but the online check in service is a bit trouble

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with good surroundings and a convenience store nearby, which made everything easy. The price was also very reasonable for what was provided. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the room had all the amenities I needed. Everything was comfortable, practical, and well prepared. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Good location and reasonable price to go to kokura catsle and city walk! A little bit cleaness is need.

The location is easy to find, instructions to check in is clear if you're familiar with self-check-in-counter. There's a paid parking lot next to the hotel. Everything is well provided. Spacious room, big bathroom and smart bidet toilet. The location of socket plugs are properly designed, all located at where we need them to be at. Overall highly recommend.

Basic room with basic price too. Can’t expect too much for the price we paid however there is a sewage smell in the bathroom which can be quite uncomfortable.

Check in was a disaster. If you require people to be online to complete the check in process, please provide Wi-Fi at “reception”. Room smelled bad.

Great loacation, near to kokura station, check in process is abit not so friendly as i booked 2 double bed room, all the room are required to have at least 4 passport to proceed for check in, but i book for 2 persons each room. Other than this, all good.

Room was spacious for 3 pax . Location was good .will stay here again if I visit kokura
