The room is very small and the absence of windows is really makes a difference. Also very far away from the city

The location is a bit out of the way, but luckily, the surrounding amenities and public transport are quite comprehensive. The room itself was quite spacious and clean, but it lacked essential items for travelers like a fridge and an electric kettle. For a place supposedly rated three stars, that's a big miss – I couldn't even buy groceries from the nearby supermarket that needed refrigeration. On the upside, the breakfast was indeed good for the price, though I always wonder why most hotels in Scandinavia only offer such weak, tasteless instant coffee.

The room was clean with lots of space for moving and luggage. The location is a bit far from city centre but a direct metro line takes only 20 minutes to get to the centre. The room comes with all the necessities I need. Overall it's great value for money for an expensive city like Stockholm.

The hygiene was good, but the hotel service was poor. After checking out, I realized I left my pillow in the room. I went back and asked a staff member to check if they found it. They said they would confirm with their colleagues and then contact me, but I never received an email.

This hotel is a 19-minute ride from Kista Station on the Blue Line (subway line 11). It offers good value for money, and the breakfast is decent. During my two-night stay, my room wasn't cleaned after the first night, and towels weren't replaced, so I had to request it. It seems they don't clean the room unless you ask, so be sure to request it if needed. There's also an airport shuttle right next to the subway station, making airport transfers convenient.

The self checking is good. The bed space is tiny. The receptionist are good .

Travelled as a duo. Might want to note that the room has no AC. However it is still quite cooling at night but hot in the afternoon. Breakfast is standard but for the price, it is great value. Location wise is 20mins away from stockholm from kista tram station. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite short too. However at night you might want to close your windows if you are thinking of opening them to ventilate the room, as the seagulls can be quite talkative.

Hotels in the city were too expensive, so I came to this one near the airport instead. There's a shopping mall nearby with a wide variety of food court options and a supermarket. Check-in was self-service but easy to understand. From my room, I could see the hotel's public areas, so I needed to keep the curtains closed, but it didn't feel cramped. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious; I was very satisfied. It's not a hotel with one outstanding feature, but I think that's its charm. Thank you very much.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to many attractions and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I truly felt welcome and relaxed throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

within 10 minutes walk to the Kista metro station. the reception lady was so kind as i was checking out super early and she said i could have asked for some breakfast to go. super sweet. the room is also alright. wish there were more power outlets tho

The front desk officers were fantastic, they were very happy to help me reach the taxi driver I left my wallet in his car. They were friendly and willing to help. The lady that check me out also was fantastic. Room was clean and spacious.
