The unit was brand new so it was really nice. Decorated nicely. Staff was really great. The only downside was you couldn’t park in front of your unit. You had y to park in a common lot and get shuttled back and forth or walk to your car.other than that the stay was wonderful.

Beautiful, new n specious townhome, very clean n comfortable for the 6 of us. The staff sp. Denae is very friendly n accommodating, communication is great. The only drawback are the mattresses are very soft but this place is highly recommended, it’s very safe n beautiful ambiance. will go back again. ❤️👏❤️

Great place… Huge!! We were a group of 9 and we were so confortable! 2 TV rooms. The only suggestion is to improve parking facilities as it is not close from the apartment

First time staying at this type of property and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I've called the resort several times with questions prior to my arrival and I had a lot of questions to ask. The staff I've spoken to on the phone (Denae, Phillip and Brian) were extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Joseph assisted me with the check-in process, and he was just as helpful, patient and friendly even with a later check-in on the last day of the year. We rented one of the townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an attached garage. The house is nicely furnished with luxury furnishing and appliances, all nice to come back to after a long day at Disney. The home is in a gated community, so we felt very safe our entire stay. We didn't use the pool or the waterpark so I am unable to comment. We did have lunch at Traditions. The food and service was excellent. One final thought. I've done a Google search on this place. There aren't that many reviews and I've unfortunately come across a couple of terrible reviews of this place. PLEASE IGNORE THEM. My only complaint about this place is the narrow curved driveway leading up to the garage was a pain to back on to with our rental BMW X3 SUV in the dark after a long flight. I would DEFINITELY stay here again the next time I'm in the Orlando area.

Bed was comfy but the pillows are not comfortable. They are so tall, I had a sore neck. I asked if other pillows were available but no, they are not. The only downside to the condo. The space was large and very quiet. I would stay again.

The property was clean and neat. If those are your main expectations, it’s fine. However, you should know there is no parking near your condo. They have one large parking lot and you have quite a walk to some of their condos. We went to Disney and Universal and after a long day of walking, the last thing any of us wanted to do was walk quite a distance to our condo. They did offer golf cart service to get you to and from the parking lot, but that was nowhere as convenient as parking near your condo so we did not use it. Also, the staff drove golf carts and other vehicles down the narrow “streets” all day and into the evening. They drove FAST and one female almost hit us in the evening because she came flying around the corner in the dark. So, the condos themselves were great. The communication was great. The ‘no parking at your condo’ makes this a “no go” for my family in the future. I wish I had researched better.

It was very good !!! the property is spacious , modern and has an incredible view to the ocean, trasportation to the beach is very convenient . ill stay again without any doubt.

The property was newly remodeled and that was nice. However communication was touch and miss, late check-in was complicated. Home was completely white and well you can imagine how difficult that is to maintain on a vacation. Lastly very disappointing to arrive to a *petfree* establishment to find animal urine in our garage which stunk like animals the entire visit. We don't have animals and rely on petfree environments for comfort.

This property was beautiful! It accommodated not only our family that was staying, but other friends who came to visit for Thanksgiving. Only complaints are the parking. It was always a long trek to get to our vehicle. Also, the construction bright and early at 6:30 am was extremely inconvienient.
