no hot water in the shower. the hotel charge me the total prices of the room. i ask to trip com to correct this mistake. its supposee to charge only de special taxes of 30$ per night but tjey charge my credit card for alle the night and the special taxes they charge to me 60$ plus 170$ plus 138$
and i have already paid the room to trip com

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

Did the job but it was dirty.
Make sure to add $10 to your stay price, as you have it given to you for a food and beverage credit, however, the breakfast is $17, and for those the don’t use the bar, you never have a chance to use it.
Tons of fees involved as well. Unavoidable, but beware

We stayed one night... your bar staff is great--Karin and Chris? I think (he lady from Costa Rica).. wonderful and engaging. Our grand-daughter got sick in the middle of the night, and the staff did great at bringing new sheets and towels for us. The next morning the front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely use this hotel again!

The property is nice. Relatively clean. However rooms have no microwave, no coffee maker etc. price was def too high for what it offers.

It’s super nice to have starbucks and rental car facility on site. The room is mostly clean! The room seems to be renovated except the carpet and dry walls. But you can’t beat that price.
The room service crew gives a vibe that they are trying to raid your room. Other people may say that’s rude but it’s kind of funny.

The staff was very nice & accommodating and did an extremely late check in for us. They placed us on a pet free floor and our area was quiet. Upon checking into our room, we noticed hair on the bathroom floor, the shower had a strong bleach smell, the sheets were dirty, as well as the floor. My husband stepped on a cookie chunk that was left on the floor. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky and my back hurt for a few days after our stay. There were small bugs on all the counter top surfaces in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Those never went away. The room could have definitely used an upgrade. The price was great but I didn’t get a lot of sleep.
Due to our late check in and busy schedule we only had time for a quick nap, so once we woke up I did call the front desk to request a cleaning. It was slightly better after the cleaning but the bugs were there throughout our stay.

The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It rained during our stay, and there were some roof leaks in the lobby under ehich wastebaskets had been place to collect the water. It made me a little worried about the upkeep of this older hotel.
