The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa on Lake Washington

After walking all the way to the gym and not being able to access it, I went to the desk and was told I needed a different key. That may be something that should be covered at check in. And when sitting in the lobby, enjoying the view or fireplace, the front desk staff may want to consider talking more quietly among themselves as the sound really travels throughout the space. It diminished the peaceful environment. Otherwise, the stay was absolutely lovely! Such a great setting and location. We hope to be back soon!

Clean room and hotel overall, friendly staff, a nice touch to have complimentary sparkling wine and water bottles.

I loved the location and the view. The hotel was very nice. We usually stay at the Marriott in Redmond, and this hotel was a tad bit nicer. We will definitely go back.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! The view of the lake from the lobby is to die for. The staff were warm and always had a smile☺. Walking out the front door and having the beautiful lake was breathtaking. The pantry was great! Next time I will book the lakeview room!

Super clean and quiet hotel. Excellent customer service and wonderful staff. I enjoyed my birthday getaway and can’t wait to go back.
