Four Points by Sheraton Kinshasa

Bonjour, I'd like to share my experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Kinshasa. There's nothing to say about the stay itself. My disappointment came on the day of check-out. I left my phone in the hotel room. I had three phones, and this wasn't my main line. I realized I'd forgotten it around 8 PM. I contacted the hotel, but to this day, the phone has still not been returned to me. It's an iPhone. The phone was located multiple times within the establishment. An internal investigation was 'apparently' conducted, but the phone has vanished. I am unhappy because it was proven beyond a doubt that my phone never left the hotel, and moreover, never left the hotel room, yet to this day, no compensation has been offered to me. I asked to get in touch with the General Manager, but he didn't even bother to contact me. Apparently, a theft in his hotel isn't important enough for him. The matter has therefore been closed without follow-up by him. You don't have to be an engineer to understand that the phone was stolen. At the Sheraton Kinshasa, your belongings can be stolen without consequences. Be careful with your personal effects.

I really loved the welcome, the tranquility, the service, the respect, and especially the cleanliness. The food was good, and I absolutely loved breakfast – it was truly 'wow'! Thank you and see you next time.
