Excellent hotel – highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Kertel Suite Hotel in Kinshasa. The location is excellent, the food is outstanding, and the staff are truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and very well trained. I would especially like to thank Grace and Emmanuel at the front desk for their warm welcome and outstanding service. Ursula from Customer Relations was also incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Papi Mpoyi from the security team for his professionalism and kindness, as well as Excellent from the breakfast team and David, who worked the night shift in the restaurant. They were both very welcoming, friendly, and well-trained young staff members who made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in the city.
