The most wonderful stay! We felt right at home at Trackers - albeit a luxurious home with fantastic showers, included laundry service and truly delicious food. The staff is wonderful - with Fred, Labour and Herbert always available to organise new adventures and activities for you. If you are lucky enough to come here to Bwindi to experience gorilla tracking which is a magical experience, then look no further for your stay. As far as gorilla tracking in the impenetrable forest, the park is well managed and one feels very safe with the rangers. My partner and I, with some of our friends opted for the “hard trek” which I recommend or in any case I would at least go for a medium trek depending on your fitness level. It’s so worth the effort to get a sense of the beauty that surrounds you. The lunches provided by the hotel chef are also 10/10, like everything they do :)) Thank you to Fred and the team for this superb stay! William and will be back soon to check on our tree Michel Napoleon Machemia!

I miss being at this facility, it has be a while since I visited, very comfortable, cool and warm in the wildness with sights & sounds of bwindi impenetrable forest. home of mountain gorillas. Beautiful drive from Ent International Airport

Lush, beautiful landscape. Incredible staff, Fred, Martin, Doreen, cooks-this place is magical. Large rooms & comfy beds w/big decks for relaxing. Pool/spa w/wet & dry saunas, & massages. Dining was 5 star & full. Local children singing/dancing, tour of coffee, banana gin & beer, baskets, jewelry & children’s drawings & even planted 3 trees in their garden. Trekking in jungle & able to walk, admire & see family of gorillas in their habitat. Something we will never forget & our friends at Trackers Safari Lodge.

An absolutely beautiful location & lodging. We had an all inclusive package & were the only ones staying as it was off peak season. The staff were so friendly & attentive & we were treated so well. Newton our waiter was just lovely & thanks to the female chef for her tasty food! The view here is next level & enjoy a drink in the bar upstairs to take it all in. The spa was divine & perfect way to relax after the gorilla trek. They packed us a massive lunch for the trek & lent us walking sticks & gloves. Laundry was included & a treat after traveling & trekking. Thanks for having us!

Trackers lodge was a secluded luxurious place to relax and unwind in the beautiful bwindi. We were lucky enough to be the only ones to enjoy the surrounds, the sauna which was incredible and of course the delicious, huge meals prepared by the amazing chef. Newton our waiter was exceptional as were the rest of the staff. This was an all unclusive package and we were treated like queens. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Highly recommend to others after your gorilla trek, you can't beat this place !!!

Fantastic lodge with excellent views. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and food was delicious. Location was superb. Lodge was very comfortable and included fresh fruit and drinks in fridge free of charge plus complimentary drinks at meal times. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The person who organized our trip picked here while we picked most other accommodations and we couldn't have been more pleased with it. We were actually the only people in the 11 room lodge on our 2 days there and the staff was so overwhelmingly attentive, kind, and engaging. The rooms were great, well appointed, and the common areas were beautiful with 3 levels. We loved the top level with the fireplace, bar, and views. The food was fresh and fantastic and they fed us so much! Perfect location for the gorilla trek, and we had time to walk to the Batwa village to meet the king and villagers and learn about their culture and experiences. The last evening, we met Akansasira Labour and his school children who sang and danced for us. Akansasira is the founder of the Bwindi Children Empowerment Charity and an amazing young man doing great things for the community. We were only here 2 days, but loved every second. The people at the lodge and in the community have made Uganda a very special place for us.

This lodge probably offers the most luxurious overnight experience Uganda. Enter this site like a mini village and stroll over the wooden bridges to find your spacious lodge with straw thatched roofing. The bar and winter terrace offers an authentic decor for relaxation after your mountain trekking. Don’t forget to explore the campfire site and refreshing pool. If you are not really into hot water bladders in your bed and hot towels before diner, this one might be a bit too much for you.

It was a great experience. The guide was exceptional! My group and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything was great, from accommodation to transportation and everything in between! We especially enjoyed the Gorilla Tracking. Trackers Safari Lodge is the best if you are visiting Western Uganda, I can highly recommend it to you!
