Staff helpful, responsive & friendly at all times. Restaurant service friendly, menu choices reasonable, quality of food fair. “Meal deal” of 2-course dinner & full breakfast good value. Excellent location for shopping, transport links & eateries. Overall positive experience & I would recommend & stay again.

This is a three star hotel but the room is surprisingly good, spacious, comfortable, & clean. Close to shops & train station. Like the 12pm late checkout too. Highly recommended if you don’t need a fridge in the room.

Nice and cozy hotel in a great area, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the riverside. Beds are super comfy, and breakfast was tasty with good variety. Parking can be limited during busy hours, but overall it’s a great stay and I’d definitely come back again.

The location is good 5 mins walkable distance to city centre.Many shops and martlet nearby. The room is clean, the bed is big, everything is acceptable. Quiet room good for sleep. But there is no refrigerator.

Nice hotel!

Basically, there is no service at all. It is just a self-service hotel. There is no refrigerator in the room, which is very inconvenient. There is a large parking lot next door, and the stairs are interconnected. It feels unsafe.

First of all, let's talk about the internet. The wifi is very slow and you can only use the simplest WeChat. If you want fast internet, you have to pay, 5 pounds a day. Secondly, there are a lot of food outside, which is very convenient. Turn left and then right at the door and you will reach Kingston Railway Station. You can buy a one-day train ticket for 16.6 pounds, which can be used for trains, subways, and buses.

The room had no refrigerator, no phone, no clothesline, and no basic facilities. The key was that the sink was not draining smoothly.

I have never come across such a bad service in a hotel. They didn't clean the room once during the 3 nights we stayed. The garbage was not cleared and the bath towels were not changed. We went to the front desk to ask for cleaning and changing of clean towels, but they told us to wait until 12 o'clock tomorrow. We all checked out at 12 o'clock tomorrow. Too bad.
