It's terrible, this hotel is a scam, the first floor is an abandoned bar. Not a single staff member was seen from beginning to end. Not even as good as a domestic guest house. Environment: The surroundings are desolate, and there are no advantages except being close to Heathrow Airport. Hygiene: Hygiene is extremely poor. The room smells of curry and the toilet smells of mold. In the evening, the smell of curry was obviously stronger. It was very likely that the boss was cooking. Facilities: The software seems to be available, but I dare not use it because it is too dirty. There were marks all over the wall, and there was a door in the house that couldn't be opened, just like the murder scene. Service: No service, not a single staff member in sight

A house is being built next to it, and there is a bit of machine noise during the day, but it's not too noisy. Of course, it doesn't affect much because people go out during the day and it's quiet at night. Generally acceptable, very ordinary. The boss is Indian.

Pictures are 14 years old. On arrival a Ring doorbell is answered you're unfortunately granted entry. Smelled horrendous, taken to your room through the old bar, dusty, dirty, dark, hole in the bed, would avoid at all costs. If you think 50 quid is a fair price you're very wrong. Sleep in the car.

Absolutely disgusting. The room, Bed sheets and towels were filthy. And under the bed was disgraceful.. Complained but they didn’t care. I didn’t stay the night. It was booked on ***********. I wouldn’t even leave my cows stay there.

Genuinely the worst room I've ever stayed in when traveling in the UK. It's hard to know where to start. The local area immediately strikes you as a council estate, nothing wrong with that but when the 'hotel' is listed as having free parking I assumed it had a car park, and not just spaces by the council flats outside where random youths seem to be loitering. The smell of curry and cigarettes is very powerful as you enter the building via the unkempt side entrance. You then have to walk through the abandoned pub, through ramshackled & filthy corridors, past a fridge freezer and an overflowing bin, and into the bedroom. Now, the room is something special. First off it stank of something unidentifiable as well as stale cigarette smoke, but what is really concerning was the mold infestation. I don't understand how this place is trading. If the building is ever inspected, any inspector with a nose and functioning eyes would shut the business down in a heartbeat. If I didn't arrive so late I would have cut my losses and left, and I wish I had as breathing in mold spores all night left me feeling like death warmed up in the morning. the room was truly disgusting. The bathroom was also filthy with loose tiles & another unique stench that I was unable to identify. The furniture in the room was so low quality that I reckon you'd struggle to give it away on the Facebook marketplace. I had hoped to have enjoyed a quick pint and a game of pool on arrival as the hotel looks like a pub in the images, but no such luck. The main part of the pub is now a doss house with multiple day beds and the pool table sits sadly with a badly torn baize. To add insult to injury I had to endure weird yelling and moaning coming from the room next-door in an indecipherable language. I'm still baffled at how this place hasn't been shut down by the body that monitors standards in the hotel industry.

The whole experience was awful. I arrived around 7 in the evening, everything was locked up and the swipe card key to enter the hotel was on top of a box on the outside for anyone to take. I only discovered this after 10 minutes of trying various phone numbers stuck to the door. The decor needed a paint job, there was big holes in the wall as you go up the stairs. The rooms were dirty and smelt of damp. The biggest surprise was around 3am when I woke (after finally drifting off) to use the toilet, a lovely cockroach scampering around the shower basin. Never again for me, I would rather sleep on a park bench than use that place.

Worst place I’veever stayed … reception, no dining, it’s basically a hotel, no toilet paper, peeling wallpaper, broken bed so I had to sleep with my feet on the headboard end. tv didn’t work, no spoon for coffee, stained carpet, dodgy shower that kept turning itself back on until you turn it really tight …. At least it had clean towels and bedding which earns 1star… all I can say is it was so bad I was laughing in the end… I’ll be having words with the travel clerk tomorrow when I get back to work
