This is a typical budget hotel in the UK, affordable, and there's really nothing to complain about. The front desk staff were very friendly. There's an arcade next door, and a lot of people smoke right outside the hotel entrance, which was a bit of an inconvenience when coming and going.

The water in the bathroom is too small to take a shower.

Although this Green House Hotel is said to be in London, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and the environment inside this hotel is very Qingqiu. I arrived at night because it was the Easter holiday and there were many people renting the hotel. Those young people kept the scorching sun in the room and it was very noisy. It can be said that the sound insulation was very poor all night. There were no big problems except that the floor was relatively thin and it was easy to hear the sounds from upstairs and downstairs.

Warm & Personal What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The travelodge had such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere B.Srinivasa and Manager Melanie great job and receptionist is welcoming very well with nice smile and easy check in process. the rooms were spotless, tidy and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the stunning surroundings each morning was something we'll never forget. We'll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway!

Second time staying at this travelodge. All staff friendly & welcoming. Room on 3rd floor was nice & clean. One of the plugs did not work however once reported was dealt with very quickly. Reading the reviews on here, I can see people are getting this Travelodge mixed up with the other one in Kingston upon Thames which is "Travelodge Kingston upon Thames central". I have stayed at that one & never again! When booking make sure you select "London Kingston upon Thames Travelodge"

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wouldn't normally complain and have used this hotel quite a few times and each time it seems to be getting worse and worse, this time took the biscuit. I was tempted to ask for a refund or at least a part refund but I genuinely wouldn't stay here again if I was paid. Arrived at 12am staying in the 6th floor and hit with a sauna as rooms don't have air con but fan provided so had the pleasure of getting warm air blown about, then had a nice cool bath. Only to have the plug stuck in the bath being 1am at this stage I thought I would save the staff trying to fix it and dealt with in the morning. Awoke to realise that the beds (family room) all had dirty sheets on, my bed had what can only be described as urine stains on it. I thankful did not use the blanket with stains on it due to the heat. Sent for staff to later that day to try and fix the bath, suggesting a plunger, no plunger at the hotel apparently and suggested an engineer would be around the next day. Engineer never arrived so rather than resorting to moving room for the last night I went and bought myself a pair of pliers to fix myself. Other issue was the temperamental lifts. 3 lifts at in the hotel, one doesn't reach the ground floor but gets to the actual first floor. So having to walk up 10 flights of stairs (4 floors are parking I think - hotel first floor is actually 4 levels up) everyday to get to our room was both exhausting and daunting for the children having witnessed a older man laying on the top floor after assuming he was exhausted after the stairs and the heat ( he was ok!) The final cherry on the top was on our way to check out the hotel staff looked at me like I had two heads when I asked to store my bags after check in (one of the main reasons I book this hotel) but they don't do that anymore. But did kindly offer to carry my bags down the remaining 4 flights of stairs in the staff lift. (The one that goes to the actual first floor). So to summarise sweatbox hotel room 10 floors up with near passed out OAPS on the floor exhausted, rooms with piss stained sheets and a broken bath and lifts that don't work and can no longer store your baggage. Baggage can use the lifts but you can't. Genuinely wouldn't stay here if I was paid. Keep the pliers in the room for the next guests to fix the bath. Highly recommend the premier inn next door, usually same price if not cheaper, breakfast is cheaper and rooms have Aircon. (Fully booked the weekend I stayed here or else I wouldn't have had the displeasure of staying here.)

The noisiest room EVER. It was a standard travelodge but my days, it was SO noisy. Next door to a bar and we were kept up by people outside yelling between 0100-0530. The windows were really ropey so we could hear every word. When my partner complained the person on the desk said gets never had this complaint before. I just can't believe that!!!!

I have to say that when I checked into this hotel they were having a nightmare as the lift was broken and customers were having to use the stairs and it was pure chaos. However Mimi and the staff on duty that day were so apologetic and caring. I would stay again anytime as they did their best to accommodate not just me but other customers who needed it.
