I work as a vendor between Longview and Tyler Texas. This is the only hotel I stay in when there. It's quiet, comfortable and conveniently located between both cities. It's always clean and the staff are very friendly and quick to get me checked in. There's a Wal-Mart down the street if I need anything and of course the TX Best Smokehouses for breakfast and supper. Everything I need is located right here. Great option if you're passing through. Prices are super reasonable.

Stayed from 11/22 to 11/25 and never once had housekeeping. Informed front desk 2 different people. Had to go and get towels every time wanted fresh towels no one emptied the trash last person said just set it outside the door and they'll get it ice machine was broke so no ice would have been nice to have had housekeeping at least come by and get trash and bring fresh towels

The room i booked online wasnt available so had to get another one. Maid was very rude the next day banging on door several times after we said no then asked us to leave if we were checking out

Front desk staff are always so welcoming . I've stayed here on multiple occasions when in the area on business trips. The place feels safe in a good area off I-20. My rooms have always been clean and my beds super comfortable. That's important when I'm out of town working long hours. I must be able to get a full nights sleep. It is less than a mile off the highway which renders a quiet nights sleep. Just a couple miles further is a Wal-Mart Supercenter in case I need anything. This hotel works for me and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very new and clean, comfortable beds. Pillows too full. Nice touch coffee in office.
