The overall room is relatively hygienic, there are no disposable items, the environment of the restaurant downstairs is also good, there are more options for breakfast than in other African countries, the hotel can also help call a car at any time, the service is more appropriate, the gym equipment on the first floor is good, and the large glass is open You can look outside while running, and there is a swimming pool next to it. Our stay at Kigali Four Points was INCREDIBLE! Traveling in a group of 25, they were one of the only restaurants that could serve us in less than an hour (most places were 3+ hours). The staff were generous with their time and resources, helping us coordinate taxis and shuttles, storing our luggage after check-out, providing us with last-minute meeting space, and generally being kind and helpful. Spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Complimentary breakfast included a full spread with sweet and savory. Convenient location in a walkable area - several restaurants, markets, and shops to buy souvenirs nearby. Thank you to Queen, Kadi, Diane, Sonia, Nathan (at the Brew Bar), and the entire Kigali Four Points staff. I hope to be back soon, whether for business or vacation.

Awesome Staff, many thank to Samir, Queen, The Sous Chef, The F&B Manager, housekeeping, Fabiola, Magnus & other the servers. Stayed for close to 3 weeks, and the food was always amazing. Never got tired of going for breakfast as they kept it fresh and exciting. The entire staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel "at home", with genuine smiles and warm hospitality.
