The best customer service. The hotel is clean. Near the airport, they pick and drop you from and to airport. The food is amazing. This is the place ti stay when you are in Kigali.

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. Five to Five is a very comfortable hotel with great staff and service. King bed, hair dryer, and refrigerator in the rooms are nice touches. The food in the restaurant is also very good. Overall great value and stay in Kigali.

Whenever we’re in Kigali, we stay at the Five to Five Hotel in the Remera district. The hotel is in a quiet location and close to the international airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is tasty and plentiful. The shuttle service to and from the airport is absolutely brilliant – always on time! Simply perfect!

This was a last minute booking after arriving in Kigali. The staff are amazing- friendly nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. They have fridge iron safe and hairdryer- everything you could need. The bathroom is in need of a little update but the showers and hot and powerful. WiFi can be a bit unpredictable. The breakfast is good with an omelette station, good selection of fresh fruit and pastries and hot food. Overall a good solid stay and hotel
