The hotel is in the government area so it is very safe and quiet. It is easy to walk to Independence Square in 10-15 minutes. Next door is a lovely small park. The service is very good, the staff speaks English, the food in the restaurant is not bad. This is a converted former Soviet hotel with all sorts of modern amenities such as free wifi and some interesting interiors. The hotel room is large with lounge area, separate desk, clean, free bottled water daily and a minibar.

In addition to the hotel fee shown there is a city tax per person per night. The rooms are decorated in the same style as the European palace. The beds are relatively small with two single beds, so one room basically sleeps two people. The sanitation is very clean. Toothbrushes, slippers and hair dryers are available. We didn't have toothbrushes in the room at first. Later, we asked the front desk for them. The hotel location is also surrounded by kfc, there are several attractions in the shopping plaza that can be reached in 10 minutes. However, we have to go to a small hill to the hotel.
