Solid because really built as a Soviet nuclear shelter and solid choice because it is very well maintained and very clean. Large comfortable room, plenty of hot water in the shower, good internet, good mattress. View over the Parliament (10th floor) and very central. Breakfast buffet pleasant but coffee not hot enough. The lobby/bar is too quiet.

2015年8月我住在這裏的一個小套房裡。那個房間乾淨而舒適，床墊舒適，枕頭柔軟，休息區/工作區很大，淋浴良好。工作人員很友好。裝潢很奢華，風格介於路易十四和薩達姆之間，這也就是你來這的原因，對吧？早餐種類豐富，不過他們還應該買個卡布奇諾咖啡機和提供速溶咖啡。

一位同事和我被困在基輔一整夜，不得不在晚上比較晚的時候臨時找一家旅館。我們訂到了還不錯Natsionalny旅館，這裏乾淨，舒適、安靜（它位於議會和政府辦公室附近，有利於夜晚的安靜，在黑暗但是安全的街道上步行15分鐘能到達麥丹地區）。“蘇維埃式”也許是對裝飾和服務的一個很好的描述，但沒關係。床很有趣——一張雙人床，有兩個羽絨被放在邊上，非常奇怪，但也許烏克蘭所有的床都是這樣的。早餐也很有趣。我點了雞蛋和“土司麪包”，原來是兩塊小塊的乾麪包，沒有黃油。所以我要了黃油，結果給我上了一小碟。嗬哼……

酒店就在政府區域，所以非常安全和安靜。步行10-15分鐘可以輕鬆地到獨立廣場。隔壁就是個可愛的小公園。服務很好，員工會説英語，餐廳的食物還不錯。這是一家經過改建的前蘇聯酒店，有各種現代化的設施，如免費wifi，同時又有一些有趣的內部裝飾。酒店房間很大，有休息區，獨立的辦公桌，很乾凈，有每日免費瓶裝水和一個迷你吧。
