I was very satisfied with the room facilities when I checked in. After all, it was a newly opened hotel. There was intelligent guest control. Electric curtains. The room was very large.
But the service is much worse, which is very dissatisfied.
First of all, the room was booked for two days, but the room card could not open the door the next afternoon. I don’t know what the hotel considers for each room. The guests went upstairs and found that the card could not be used. Then go to the front desk to activate it. It is a humanized counterpoint. If it is necessary, why? Don't tell me in advance, you must leave the trouble to the guests
Secondly, the room was not cleaned in time. I returned to the hotel at 5 pm. I didn’t clean it. Although May Day is the peak season, the hotel is not full, so the cleaning is not timely. There is no excuse to find me. I have lived in so many hotels and have not encountered guests who have to urge them to clean.
In the end, the staff didn't clean it seriously. You didn't take the initiative to say no to the things missing in the room. People couldn't remember to give it to you.
