The location is very good, but I can't see the view, I don't know the view of the sea view, but it is not a wharf. Eat, drink, everyone is happy

Location: Very good, walking distance to everything in Key West.
Service: Thanks for providing early check-in in hot weather. The second time I went to the counter, the waiter could call out my last name.
facility:
The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month.
The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out.
There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase.
Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room.
Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night.
The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem.
Food: Breakfast was better than average.

The location is very good, right next to the southernmost scenic spot. The public viewing facilities in the hotel are also readily available, but personally I recommend not to choose those expensive ocean view rooms when booking, because the good views are in the public facilities The view of the room is average, so it is not necessary and the price will be much worse.

The worst Waldorf I have ever lived in, a hotel built in 1920, the location is good, there is a private beach, and it is very close to the southernmost landmark and the main street, within walking distance. But the room is very small, soundproofing is very poor, the air-conditioning sound has reached the level that affects the rest, the facilities are not well maintained, not the standard of an old five-star hotel

Parking is free, then we are a suite, and finally upgraded into two suites, and it is very luxurious, the downstairs pool is also beautiful, but a little floating, but the breakfast is great, the fruit is rich, there are many things. The feeling of living is very good, value for money, but did not take photos, but the price is very high.

It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.

Our first time in the Keys, for a weddnig, and we chose to stay at this hotel. The lobby was fairly nice, as far as lobbies go, and the front desk staff was nice. That is pretty much where the niceties end. We got into our room, which smelled moldy and our shower had a lot of bugs in it. Disgusting right? We requested a new room and thankfully we were immediately moved. The new room still smelled a little moldy, but it was faint and there were no bugs so we stayed. A friend of mine was staying here as well & he had the same problem with bugs and his second room smelled extremely moldy! Not sure how he stayed in there with that smell. Overall, room cleanliness was a challenege to say the least. The couch in our room was stained, the floor just didn't feel clean and I had my shoes on, and I found a wash cloth that appeared to have been used but never replaced! We had a couple technical issues as well, one of the nightstand lights didn't work but maintenance was able to fix that by replacing the bulb. Our phone, however, did not work at all and after a few tries at new phone cords, maintenance could not get it to work. Thank God we didn't have any emergencies otherwise we would have had to ride the elevator all the way down to the lobby to get help! The lighting in the room was terrible, its pretty dark even with the curtains drawn back. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor and water ran under the door into the sink area. The poolside bar was pretty good, inflated prices of course, but the food & drinks they delivered was good. The pool area was pretty but unaccessable the entire time we were there. It was apparently being renovated but the only thing we saw was someone painting the deck and draining the pool. The fact that this hotel charges a resort fee is a crime in and of itself. The entire building needs to undergo mold removal, deep cleaning & each room needs renovating. When we get a chance to make the trip to the Keys again I promise we will never stay in this hotel again. To be honest, I doubt we will ever stay in a Hilton again if we can help it because of the negative experience we had here.

Hygiene: There is some hair on the bath towel, which is obviously from the previous guest. It is the typical golden brown hair of foreigners.
Facilities: Very complete, equipped with gym and swimming pool, breakfast is also good
Service: Two non-alcoholic drinks will be given when you check in. Although they are not expensive, they will make people feel very comfortable.

Excellent
AAKP1189This is our 3rd time staying at Westwinds and we love it. The location is quiet yet close to downtown Key West (recommend renting bikes in lieu of walking because it's very sultry in the summer heat). The tropical foliage is beautiful, 2 pretty pools, the rooms have nice appointments and nice toiletries, the beds are comfy, and the continental breakfast is very nice - especially having oranges or bananas and yogurt aside from carbs. The staff is very attentive here. On our last day, we were able to leave our bags in the lobby after we checked out and ride our bikes into town. We returned to use the pool, and refresh ourselves in the guest shower before leaving Key West.
谢谢This time the departmental group went to Dujiangyan, and then chose this newly opened Hampton by Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Chengdu has been driving for over an hour. The location is in Dujiangyan City. It is close to some must-see attractions, such as Nanqiao and Yulei Mountain Park. There are also a lot of food nearby, hot pot restaurants, barbecue.
The room was unexpectedly comfortable and warm. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is also good, and there are three breakfast options to be delivered to the room during yq, which is very intimate.
The price / performance ratio is also very high. I will still choose this place when I bring my family over next time ~
胡胡Participate in the children's graduation ceremony, stop by the way, come from Miami, the town is worth coming! The hotel is a wooden villa, the hotel environment is good, the location is average! Parking charges! The reception at the lobby is not enthusiastic!
550028121This place is very well located (5 blocks off the main drag Duval Street), has a lovely pool and patio area, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Right across the street is a stop for the Duval Loop Shuttle that goes around the Old Town area. But... We booked Eden House for 6 nights. For $360 a night one would expect some normal room amenities like a bathroom, a closet or armoire, maybe a chest of drawers, a bedside lamp. My room was completely devoid of any of these amenities, although it did have a mini-fridge and a microwave. There was a sink in the middle of the room, a toilet in a separate little room and a shower stall; the walls were bare. It was impossible to unpack as there was no place to put anything. No bedside lamp (one was eventually found by the second day). And the foot of the bed was about 15 inches from the wall so one had to scoot sideways to get around it. In Europe this would be a 1-star hotel room costing $60/night. There was absolutely no resemblance to the pictures on the website. One of my friends rooms was similar, my other friend had a larger room with a bathroom and a rack with hangers for clothes. We all paid the same price for the rooms. And so, I would caution folks to find out exactly what their room would be like - I was in room 109 and my friend was in the similar 107. I would stay there again but not in these rooms.
FFANThe hotel is located not far from the entrance of Key West. The environment is very good, the facilities are relatively complete, but the air-conditioning sound is a bit loud, and others are satisfied. There is a lake behind the hotel and there is a small beach where you can sit and enjoy the scenery! You can order your own breakfast every morning, wei dao is also delicious, there is a big supermarket opposite the hotel, shopping is more convenient! Key West is not very big, so it is basically 10 minutes to drive to, and the price/performance ratio is not high. I recommend this hotel🏨
JJIETAOThe hotels in the United States are all beautifully built and the pools are large. Very comfortable, the child played for a long time. The interior of the room is indeed incomparable with domestic ones. Parking is free. The beds are one meter five. Sleeping with children is not wide enough.
GGuest UserStayed here for 7 nights. Check in was quick and easy. The room was updated and very nice with no issues, and we got a great rate. The pool is very nice and the poolside “Cheekie Hut” bar is actually a great place to hang out. They offer food, typical things like burgers, nachos, pizza etc. and it was very good. 2 free drinks per day are included with your room. This location is just across the road from the ocean and there is an awesome walkway right across the street. No beach right there but Smathers Beach is only about a 1.5 mile walk / drive / bike ride away. A free breakfast is included and is about what you would expect with some hot food, waffle maker, fruits, juices, and coffee. It was well stocked and very good. There is also a mini-store with a limited amount of snacks and drinks (beer and wine too) available for purchase 24/7. Most (but not all) rooms have balconies or outside sitting areas and I would definitely recommend getting one of those rooms. This hotel is close to the airport and they provide complimentary shuttle transportation. Just call them when you arrive and they will pick you up. The shuttle also runs all day between the Hotel and Downtown every 45 minutes. I’m not sure of the exact time frame but it is approximately from 8am to 11pm. We did not get a car and used the shuttle and a few Uber rides which worked out great. There is an on-site concierge who can answer your questions about things to do and get you some great discounts. Overall a great stay and will definitely be back.
GGuest UserBeen to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good, right by the sea, there is a shuttle bus to downtown every hour, but it's a long walk. Hotel facilities are just like simple and fast hotels.
GGuest UserHotel was clean and staff was friendly. Hotel took necessary precautions due to Covid, including no housekeeping during our visit. However, the front desk staff communicated by text to ensure we had no needs during our stay. They were very responsive to our texts as well.
