Setting is awesome. Rooms were nice but in need of a remodel. Parking is meh. Would stay again though.

Toilet didn't flush, lights didnt work, bathroom and all area were filthy, pool was dirty, sand all over floor of hottub, construction debris all over the bottom of property.

While this resort is a little dated in the decor of the room, it was a great time Pool was fabulous and the convenience of surrounding restaurants was great Will recommend to others coming to Key Largo

The location was beautiful with a waterfront location, pool (not heated), small hot tub, good breakfast, and close to a great restaurant next door.

Older hotel- slowly in progress of much needed updating.
Great location, located on inlet, 2 restaurants within walking distance- in partnership with Holiday Inn next door.

Broken coffee machine, limited kitchen supplies, cleaning services were horrible (made beds and took trash but didn’t clean anything or restock shampoos, toilet paper, etc) The front desk staff were great though. The grounds crew regularly creepily watched my young daughter and her friends (they are 12 years old) Thoroughly disturbing.

We loved being on the canal! Watching birds and boats, walking along the canal and breakfast by the canal were all great! Eat at Sharky’s when you stay here. The bed was comfortable. We were on the street side, so not a lot of noise but door and windows easily let sounds in. Older hotel but well kept.
