Upon arrival at the hotel we were not very excited. The hotel on the side of the road does not look twice as friendly (a nice part is turned in a different direction). We also arrived at night, so it made an unpleasant impression. They sent us to a small elevator, which seemed to have quite a problem taking us out (two people and two suitcases). Then we preferred not to go with it. We were not excited about the room, but neither were we upset. Based on reviews, we expected something similar. On the contrary, the outdoor spaces, which we saw only in the light after waking up, were beautiful. Beautiful large pool, all around flowering shrubs, huge palm trees and a pebble beach. The outdoor environment was much nicer than the indoor. The hotel itself seemed as if time had stopped a bit. But we have no comparison, we were in Greece for the first time. As for the location of the hotel, the big advantage is that it stands there for a bit to itself and there is not much around. At the time of our stay, it was filled with maybe half the capacity, which, however, meant a huge peace and a lot of space for us both on the beach and by the pool. The beach is located directly behind the grassy area under the pool and is basically private, with no other tourists. However, the disadvantage of the location is, for example, that you do not walk much from here. There are no sidewalks and the roads on both sides are in a bend with quite busy traffic. However, you can also turn right along the beach, where in a few minutes you will reach an area where there are some shops where you can buy water, food, souvenirs, etc. There are also two beautiful taverns that I can only recommend. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, which is great, but Greece and its timetables are a chapter in themselves. :)) However, we were lucky and managed to travel by this bus. The hotel deserves some investment. The occupation of the hotel suited me very well, it was mainly middle-aged people or young couples. No "party" groups and a minimum of screaming children. We had a room with a view of the mountains, about which, according to reviews before the trip, we read that these rooms are turned onto the road, which is the main thrust of the island. Since we are not sensitive to noise, we decided that this may not be a problem for us and we will try it. However, I must say that the noise was really big and for the first few nights we had to close the window and sleep by the air conditioner. However, the mountain is also there and is beautiful. After leaning out, you will also see the sea from the balcony. The refrigerator actually makes strange noises at times, and some rumble came from outside. The air conditioning works on the card, as does all the electricity. So if you are in a room and you have a card inserted in the door, everything works for you, if you go to the sea and pull out the card, nothing works. The refrigerator is older, but it is large, which is practical. We did

This hotel has soooo much potential, and I really hope that they will use it. Outside aria is perfect, amazing!!! Many trees, flowers, grass is perfectly cut, little pebel beach is quite nice, water is crystal clear, nice entrance. Breakfast is decent, they could put little bit more Greek products (feta cheese, olives...), and espresso coffee in dining room should be changed (the one in a pool bar is excellent). Rooms need the big big improvement. Although it was really clean, everything have to be changed. They don't have king size bed, they put two single beds next to each oder, but there was big hole in the middle. Everytime when you move you got waken up because of the bed noise. Also don't take mountain view room, it is really loud because of the cars that pass on the road next to the hotel. Definitely I won't be back here, unless i read in comments they fully renovate this place.

We came here from Dubai to avoid imprisonment in a government allocated hotel in the UK. This must have been a nice hotel when it was built many years ago, but since then it’s not been improved or modernized in any way. Having said that, the outside area is 5 star and the private beach (although stoney) is awesome. The staff are generally pleasant and helpful, especially the pool bar girl who had a constant smile, even when confronted by extreme rudeness from former Soviet block countries citizens. The same people descended on breakfast as if it was the last food on earth and not a face mask (mandatory) or social distancing to be seen. Overall my conclusion is that it is far better and cheaper than the imposed quarantine should we have flown directly back to the UK from Dubai. Would I return? Possibly not.

Room standard very poor very ... spartan :). Looks like from the mid 80's. Very poor number of electric sockets available...I payed 25 euros extra for sea view. And i did not get it! Only when i looked right (partial). That's just fraud. Near the hotel plenty of yellow jackets flying around as well as hornets....That's a real danger!!! Hotel stuff did not react at all. Just imagine what happened when some swallow it with drink...Sunbeds in terrible condition almost all of them broken...This is my sixt holiday stay in Greece (3 x times on Crete, one time on Peloponese and one time on Rodos) never ever I saw something like this....just imagine 8 of 10 sunbeds broken...these people (I mean manager, owner) are sick...this place is dangerous for guests. Thanks to God I was there without childrens, because there is a great risk for them staying in this... hotel. Next thing is the food in the...pseudo - restaurant. The worst in my whole life... Thanks God it was only half board. Rest of the stay we did eat in the next corners Taverna. Please be aware of this place. It's dangerous...P.S. staff very rude and not helpful...

The hotel services are really on low level. 1. Food is not tasty at all, it doesn t matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Few minutes after opening time there is not any choise, everything is empty and it takes time while they bring more. 2. Some people from staff are checking if you have got bag, if you take piece of fruit out of restaurant. You have to buy everyhing, even normal water. It doesn t matter if you have all inclusive or not! 3. Cleaning is not proper every day. 4. Towels are not changed all week 5. Air condition is not working all the time and it is not really working so good 6. Bar inside is not open at all 7. Bar outside is not open in the afternoon when everybody would like to have a coffee, drink, ice cream. Even coffee machine has to have 10 or more years, because heating took one hour. And you never know if today is working properly. 8. There was an evening they didn t have coffee beans, so if you had a taste for coffee, you had to forget. 9. There is not any care about beach belonging to the hotel. 10. No program in the evening Result: never ever again!
