Apparently ******* is overbooking hotels and it doesn’t update their system. I have had my hotel booked for months for my bride and I to stay in and we show up at 12:30 and they had booked our room for someone else. Extremely aggravating and hoping we get follow up and our money back. The hotel was overbooked and we did not get our room.

My room was beautiful and comfortable. But at around 2:30am someone was given access to my room. Their key card opened my door. I was startled awake from the whole wall shaking. The latch prevented them from coming in. I was groggy from my late flight and didn’t fuss over it. A couple days later I still felt uncomfortable and called management to make them aware of the error. As a single female traveler, I didn’t like his response and I wasn’t really given an apology, only an excuse. I would never stay there again.

Th bathroom shower could have been cleaner, there was mold on the caulking. I was in 3 rd floor and i heard an alarm clock (full blast)going off every morning i was there that never shut off!(empty room?) the room itself was clean (other than bathroom) and air conditioner worked good.

I was stuck because my car needed another day in the shop. The staff was nice and accommodating. I had a snaffu when booking and Samantha fixed it. The kitchen offered me free snacks and drinks.They we’re great.

We booked a king bed room from the ********** app while in the parking lot. When we went inside to check-in they informed us that “due to construction, we only have 2 queen beds available”. If I wanted 2 queen beds, I would have booked them. Doesn’t the app confirm with the location? Construction didn’t start with the 3 minutes it took to book and check-in. Any thoughts?
