This was the worst experience I have ever had when booking on-line and trusting the pictures on the web-site. When we arrived we noticed the horrible quality of the place right away. There were people working on bikes and cars in the parking lot, there was a broken exterior window in one of the rooms, there was a window screen on the floor right outside my room, it was dimly lit, and the grass looked dead...like i said before..nothing like the pictures on the Web-site. When we entered the room it had a stale cigarette smell, there was ONE fork, the furniture looked out-dated and worn out, the toilet paper roll was used (you would expect at the very least a new roll of Toilet Paper in the bathroom), and the kitchen looked outdated with barely any plates, glasses, and pots for more than one person. As soon as I saw what I had payed for (sometimes it really is too good to be true), I called Priceline and asked them to return my money. They told me I had to open up a case and submit it to their customer service. At the end of the call I told them I was NOT going to stay there with my teenage daughter and elderly father. I didn't feel safe in this dump (which is being nice), so I left and found another hotel in the Kent, Wa downtown area. Fast forward a few months...after going back and forth with Priceline my request for a refund was denied. I immediately called my Credit card company and disputed the charges. Finally, on 12/28/2021 I received confirmation that the charges would be reversed on my credit card. It took 6 months to get the money back, but I was not going to throw my money away. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this place. I will no longer trust booking a room with any of the Wyndham properties. In the end it was my Chase credit card that saved me. IF you run into a similar situation call your Credit Card Company and dispute the charges.

I had family in town for a funeral went to check in and was told I was on a DO NOT RETURN list?! I stayed at this hotel with my "MOM about 15 years ago the "GIRL" at the front desk was rude, I asked how? why? when? no information she could provide me. I asked if one of my family members could book a room and bluntly said NO. I called 2 days prior to confirm everything and was good to go. NO one called me or emailed me regarding this HUGE INCONVIENCE.

When you hear suites I hope that you are envisioning the duct tape tile and carpet with mold in the glorious jetted tub offered. There is a beautiful view of garbage outside the rooms, around the property and within the permanent residence patios.

I never write reviews but my experience was so bad I had to. I stayed the night of Sept 19, 2021. I could not believe the attitude I got when I called front desk for the WiFi password! A woman was on shift at 8:45pm when I first called asking for the wifi password. The woman rambled out a couple letters obviously annoyed with the question because when I read back what I heard she said "Ugh" and repeated herself and hung up the phone on me. I honestly still had no clue what the password was so I sat there for a while trying to figure it out before I called back to ask again but this time someone answered and hung up before I could say anything. I tried one more time, this time she angrily said to me "I just told you, it hasn't changed" I told her what I heard wasnt working and she again said "well it hasn't changed so I don't know what to tell you" and then hung up on me again. I honestly couldn't believe how rude she was. I finally figured out the WiFi password on my own and was sorry I called down there at all. Im sorry I gave this place my business. This employee has already cost this place my business, I have no doubt anyone that has an interaction with her will ever return. I would fire her as soon as possible unless you want to keep losing valuable customers. BTW Blankets weren't provided and you might want to bring your own pillows.

The hotel's website says free shuttle service from airport. NOT true. Cab from airport cost $29 (9pm) and return to airport via Uber (8am) was $23. They give credit off bill of $25. Also pet friendly which implied to me no charge. My bad as it cost $25 for our 6 lb Chihuahua - fair price but nice to say in their website. Just saying........

My husband and I were traveling from Ohio and wanted a place close to the airport before we headed into Seattle the next day. When we arrived the front door was locked and you had to call in order to be let in…that should’ve been the first sign that this was not a good idea. After we checked in we walked to our hotel room in the back of the facility. This place is right next to a Wendy’s and a gas station. We got to our hotel and it was very old— nothing like the photos that this place advertises. The pillows on the couch were wrapped in pillowcases and used on the bed. The carpets were dirty. The porch had one plastic chair sitting on it. There are no outlets to plug your phone into. Within five minutes we had a suspicious guest at our front door banging on the door asking for “Chet”. He then asked again a little bit later and we knew it was time to go. As we walked up to the front lobby again there was a lot of suspicious activity going on outside of our hotel lots of random people walking around just not a safe area. As we get to the front desk the door was locked again we got a Lyft and got the hell out of there. This place is advertised that this is a Wyndham hotel and then when you walk inside there’s a sign that says this is privately owned. Don’t be deceived. And they also advertise there is an airport shuttle there is not. We ended up staying at the W Hotel in Seattle it is more money 100% worth it I felt safe it was very comfortable and clean and a great atmosphere just go to the W!! I wish I could write this is zero but I’m not given an option so I gave it the lowest review of one.
