The room is big but not new, there are few things but enough, the breakfast is OK

A half hour after breakfast started there was little to no food. The room was dusty on the cieling with bugs in the corners and questionable stains on the couch. Not qorth the money spent.

Had a room with a jetted tub, the cold handle of the tub came off, the bathroom sink leaked, drained slow and black stuff came out of the drain. There was a tear in the sofa, a screw was out of the vent so the vent was loose.

It was very easy to access of the main highway, but the hotel had an odd odor, but definitely worse in the hallways

Very clean. Beds are a little hard but otherwise everything was excellent. Breakfast was replenished quickly and everything was hot. Staff was great. Would not hesitate to book again.

I consider Best Western an older Hotel chain and was not sure what I would be walking into as my wife booked this for me, once there I was totally surprised at the professional mannerisms of staff and cleanliness of our room, the complimentary breakfast was excellent. When in the area my stay will be here.

Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel host did not smile. Pool was ice cold. Couldn't swim.

This hotel was quite clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was adequate, but a free breakfast is always appreciated! The man at checkout in the morning was very kind. My only drawback was the check-in employee was not welcoming or very friendly at all. It took several minutes and he barely said anything to me. I honestly felt unwelcomed.

WARNING. This hotel will swipe your credit card and charge you extra with no explanation of the charges. We stayed one night and had prepaid for the room. We did nothing to incur additional charges but were charged $75. I called 3 times for an explanation and to talk to the manager and never received a call back. The credit card company refused to stop the payment.
