Holiday Inn Express KENNER - NEW ORLEANS AIRPORT by IHG

Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the airport late at night. I tried calling the hotel, and they patiently guided me on where to wait for the shuttle. Sure enough, a mini-bus eventually came and took me to the hotel. However, the next day I took the wrong bus and asked the hotel to send a car to pick me up, which they refused. Haha, I totally understand why!

Extremely clean, with good air quality. It's close to the airport and offers complimentary breakfast. However, due to last year's typhoon, the hotel no longer provides free airport shuttle service, so we had to take a taxi to and from the airport ourselves.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room is not too big but it is enough. Check-in is fast, but the pre-authorization refund is very slow. The breakfast is simple. The room is not soundproof and it is always noisy outside the door. It can be sent to the airport for free.

They said there was an airport shuttle, but in fact there wasn't. They didn't tell the truth at first. They initially said that the shuttle was temporarily unavailable, so I took a taxi myself. When they confirmed whether there was a shuttle on the first morning, they told me not to stop. The confirmation was late, one at 4 pm, another at 6 pm, and then at 8 pm, they said that their hotel did not have airport pick-up and drop-off services, so I had to handle it myself. I have been to the United States so many times, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. never come again

前台服務好，設施齊全，早餐不錯，Uber從市區回來大約30美金，有機場穿梭巴，周邊吃飯的地方比較多，自駕更方便

距離市中心較遠，但勝在價格便宜 周邊購物吃飯都很方便 不錯的選擇
