I have stayed in the Moon River now about 8 times as it offers all I need for a good nights sleep and secure parking. Just a short walk from town this Motel has all it takes to keep me coming back, good beds, comfy rooms, a good restaurant if I need it, or plenty of others in town. Usually a quick call has a room ready and I can say I have never been disappointed by the state or cleanliness of the rooms. My only gripe is that some have microwaves and some do not, but I usually have one if requested

We turned up on spec and there was a room available. It was comfortable, with separate bathroom and toilet. There was microwave, jug and toaster but minimal cutlery - yes, you can open a bread roll with a fork! We were not disturbed by other guests and motel is set well back from the road. We walked to town centre for dinner - about 950 metres one way. Person who checked us in was quietly spoken and very helpful. Very good value for money.
