Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel left me no choice. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in staff were indifferent and unhelpful. The room was not as described—unclean, outdated

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and its proximity to Kemer Center, as well as the very clean, sparkling beach. However, the pools were quite shallow, only 150 cm deep. The room felt outdated—some lights flickered, a few sockets didn’t work, and there was a humidity smell in the bathroom. After I reported it, the guest relations team arranged a deep cleaning, which helped ease the humidity a bit. The buffet had a good variety, but the taste was average. Lunch timing was limited to just two hours (12:30–2:30), unlike other meals. Also, the rooms lacked basic amenities—we had to request items like a dental kit, vanity kit, earbuds, and a sanitization bag.

A great hotel without being boring. A huge selection of food at the buffet. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is also a top priority. The entertainment staff are also very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel! Everything is done at a high level, good location and territory! The staff is just wonderful, especially impressed by the reception girl Maria and also Kadir, the guy from the animation. The food is delicious and varied and the drinks are also high-quality. I mostly took my own alcohol from the stores nearby, but their beer is not bad, cocktails are also ok.
