Amazing small hotel with excellent service and beautiful grounds. I really liked how clean and comfortable everything was. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Any drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, without restriction. Thanks to all the staff for a good job.

Great hotel, great service, great food, great everything. Check in was easy, the room was lovely. Huge bed, huge bathroom, massive shower. Nice small balcony area for sitting outside the room. Housekeeping was great and attentive, always restocked the room and provided a great service. No complaints.

A great hotel . Not got the wow factor when you enter and we were not shown to our room ( little thing s that make a 5 star hotel to me.) Room was a great size with a double and single in the room, plenty of storage space and toiletries. The room was immaculate as was the whole hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. There was always plenty of choice at meal times and in between. Beautiful cakes and biscuits in the patisserie. Near to shops and beach. We didn't see the pool or spa so can't comment on these. Highly recommended I would visit again.

The food here is amazing, such a variety of dishes with wonderful tastes, the desserts are a must to try. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished .A big thanks to Ismet who mDe me feel so welcome.

Excellent hotel brilliant entertainment friendly staff, especially the manager Ismet who made time to talk to us about our stay . Food was great lots to choose from . Room was comfy and spotless. I would definitely recommend a stay here very good experience all round.

Although we have stayed in Turkey several times, only in Istanbul 4 times, and passed through Turkey from Alanya, through Bodrum to Izmir and on to Bursa, this was definitely the best holiday in Turkey so far. We stayed in the hotel from 28.07. until 07.08. and we spent a magical 10 days. I can only express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, from the maids and people who took care of hygiene, to the chefs, the bar staff, the animation team and the guest relations staff. I want to say a special thank you to the beautiful Mrs. Leila, as well as to the dear lady with blonde hair, whose name I unfortunately did not remember, who really tried to help and take care of the guests. The food in the hotel was excellent, hygiene at a high level, the beach clean and tidy and the sea beautiful! The guys and girls at the bar are exceptional! We used the Turkish bath and massage services twice, and we were very satisfied, too. Mr. Sadik i think, is a great character! The entertainment program was quite correct, often exceptional. All in all, we hope to come back again, and to be guests of this hotel again. I wish you all the best and see you next time! Thank you for a wonderfully spent 10 days of our vacation

Could not recommend this hotel more! Repeat guests at crystal deluxe and every stay is better each time. Welcomed with a bottle of bubbly, a fruit bowl and some fresh flowers on arrival. The food was amazing and so many options to choose from. A huge variety of drinks available 24/7. Rooms truly luxurious and cleaned every day. Felt truly welcomed and looked after by the whole team. Was lovely to see a lot of familiar faces and meet the new team as well. Huge thank you to Ludmila Klykovskaya and İsmet Ayyıldız for looking after us and making our stay extra special. And a huge welcome to Mehmet Caldag the new manager, making sure the hotel provides a fantastic experience for us all.
