DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

This stay was meant to be a relaxing honeymoon getaway, but unfortunately it became stressful and deeply disappointing. The most serious issue occurred at the bar. After purchasing drinks, I was served an Aperol that clearly did not match the original product in color or taste. Management later acknowledged visible differences between bottles, which raised serious concerns about product authenticity and safety. After this, I did not feel comfortable consuming any beverages on the property. Additionally, the behavior of one bar staff member was unacceptable and unprofessional, including ignoring requests for a manager and making an obscene gesture toward a guest. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no reasonable goodwill was shown. I was even refused a replacement for a drink I had already paid for unless I paid an additional €60. There were also other disappointments: several advertised food options were closed without prior notice, and the room had maintenance and cleanliness issues, including poor drainage and an unclean area near the toilet. Overall, this experience was far below the standards expected from a Hilton property and left a very poor impression.

If you’re looking for an affordable trip, somewhere hot, with good food – this is it. TLDR: My partner and I wanted a hassle-free, relaxing beach getaway in a nice hotel with minimal travel. This trip didn’t let us down! Although it was very relaxing, this area of Turkey, even off-peak, had more of a party vibe than we expected. There seemed to always be loud music playing – fine if that’s your vibe, but we wanted a quiet break from the city. Having said that, it really wasn’t bad – just unexpected. I can imagine that it’s ideal for families with teens. Things they did well: - Food’s great (especially the soğuk baklava – can’t recommend enough!) - Big beds, super comfy! - Little details (the hotel welcome, small touches in the room) - The sauna & hammam (massage was extra & average) Things they could improve on: - Also the little details (incorrect food & bev advertisement) - Music choice, volume & consistency - Bonus: if the indoor pool was heated for chilly spells. Food The food, the most important aspect IMO, was great. The ‘Sauce’ restaurant and food trucks were brill, you don’t need to pay extra for the other à la carte restaurants. However, if want a break from contending with people at the buffet, the steak restaurant was decent. Steak the size of my head, however the flavour wasn’t anything to shout home about. But that’s not what you’re paying for, it's being waited on in a restaurant, a stone’s throw away from your bed. Small details were missed, like not having mustard at the burger van but we found it in the steak restaurant. And advertising butter and maple syrup pancakes at the food truck but not having butter (you could find it inside by the bread station). Obviously we’re being picky, we were looking for ultimate convenience! Drinks Overall the drinks were a bit hit and miss. The red and beer was decent, prosecco and white not so much (but that might just be our taste!). They advertised Old Fashioned but didn’t have bitters -unfortunate, it being my partners fav drink, they did make a substitute which he said wasn’t too bad. Rooms As mentioned, beds are super comfy! They provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, vanity box etc. so you don’t need to pack any extras (great for girlies with long hair like me!). You can also get robes sent to your room. Mini bar is included of course. Airport Arrival FYI so you don’t make the same mistake we did: if you're travelling with Jet2, when you walk out the airport the Jet2 desk is directly in front of you, don’t follow the red signs to the left like we did! Overall, you get what you pay for - and it’s very good value for money indeed! I would recommend it.

We travelled as a couple mid November, overall had a lovely relaxing holiday, met some lovely people too! A couple of things that disappointed; several areas advertised sadly were not open and far too many cats roaming around in the dining areas. The staff were all very polite, professional & friendly, a credit to the hotel. The food was very good, plenty of choice, the food court offerred a different option at lunchtime. The hotel was clean and welcoming and our room was spotless and well equipped. The main reasons for not giving the hotel 5 ☆ is that there are areas outside thst are definitely in need of refurbishment and the closed areas. We would definitely return to Antalya but perhaps earlier in the year, we do appreciate that certain aspects are not feasible in the winter season, but perhaps made clearer by the travel companies.

Good all round hotel. The dining experience could be better I didn’t like the rubber cleanable mats on the table too much like a motorway service station rather than a 5 star Hilton. We have been to other hotels that completely change the table cloth and toppers before new guests can use it. Plus points were the food selection in the restaurant and street food vans had a good variety of food. Again the only downside to eating outside was that there were trees in the dining area and after I had been up at the buffet getting rice when I got back to my table and I was speaking to my wife sitting across from me the rice hot plate was in my eyesight and the little birds from the trees were landing on the spoon and eating the rice from it. Needs to be better pest control around the food dispensers. Out at the beach the pontoon was a nice touch. Could not fault any of the room cleaning or restocking of the mini fridge new towels ,bedding and consumables every day. Would recommend the hotel although I would give it 4 star reviews. It has proximity to shops 20 minutes walk away out the front door turn left. And there is a yacht marina up past the Orange County hotel turn left again. Stuart

A lovely grand hotel, beautiful entrance, lovely setting and stunning views of the mountains. Staff on the whole excellent and very friendly. Now for the not so good bits. The beach is a shingle beach which is littered with cigarette ends. If you like cats then you’re very lucky, they are everywhere roaming all over the hotel including the eating areas. The inside restaraunt they are walking around, not great for hygiene and cat hairs all over the place. Also bluebottles flying around all over the show, landing on cutlery and plates. Walk out towards the main resort and expect to be hassled by street sellers. Not for me sadly and I’ll stick to Cyprus for my next holiday.

Fabulous hotel great service, excellent entertainment,staff friendly and helpful lots of choice with food,we have rebooked for end of April next year.
