Still here and honestly can’t fault this hotel. Food is amazing from all the food trucks and the buffet. The staff are all amazing and nothing is too much to ask. The night time shows are incredible, like actual paid performances. Highlight is playing the darts with Deniz and Tuana every day ! Will absolutely be returning!

The hotel is good, despite the fact that the rooms could do with renovation. The food is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, almost everyone speaks Russian and English, there is no imposition of additional services. A separate plus is a huge water park on the territory, and not 2-3 slides like in other hotels. Delicious cocktails, there is a 24-hour bar. There are enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone, beach towels can be returned and cleaned an unlimited number of times. Daima Biz is a place where you want to come back again.

This hotel is highly recommended. Just Returned from a 2 weeks All Inclusive at this Hotel , Rated by The On Beach Tour Company & Jet 2 , as 3 + Star ,( Most Def Not ,) On the + Side The Staff are Very Friendly & Most Helpful & it has a Nice Swimming Pool + a Free Shuttle Bus to the main Shopping Centre in Kemer a few times a Day , But Other Than That , It Is in my Opinion its a 2 Star Rated Hotel at Best , Very Tired Rooms , Food Def not Catering for The Brits / with No Labels Describing what Is on the Buffet , only 2 Coffee Machines Available All Day that Are always breaking down , Ice Cream is only available if Paid for , Fresh Orange juice Is only available for 2 Euros Extra per glass , Non Alcoholic Beer is charged at 4 euros a bottle , No Tonic Water is Available ,The Pool Bar is open From 11 am until 10 pm at night after that ALL Drinks have to be Paid for , & This is supposed to be All Inclusive / Entertainment just 2 nights a weeks & is sadly not Brill , The Lobby Bar & Lounge is all closed up ,so there is nowhere other than around the Pool one can sit with friends chatting away from the Music & general Noise . Reported some Poo on Roof looking down from our Balcony ,but 3 days later it had still not been removed , , We Def Will not go there again ,

The hotel was lovely, right on the beach with a good range of activities for those so inclined. The staff worked very hard but were still friendly and took time to make sure you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Unfortunately our room 1305 in the main building, although lovely and kept clean with a generous supply of clean bedding and towels, was in an awful location overlooking the service entrance for the Hotel next door, where the noise kept us awake late in the evening and woke us up early in the morning (we could have probably asked to be moved but it would have meant finding two rooms as we travelled with another couple) and didn’t get any sun!! We had various gifts left for us ranging from a selection of toiletries to a goodie bag of crisps, peanuts, sweets and soft drinks, which was a lovely gesture. During our stay we rented a pavilion for the day, this cost 39 Euros but was great as it looked directly out to sea and gave you your own private area along with sun beds, egg chair and comfy padded seats. We had the basic package but you could have picked from a selection which included drinks and snacks. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach and around both pool areas, also a jetty with sun beds and a platform giving access to the sea. There was always a good selection of food but the drinks were local alcohol and I’m afraid the cocktails were awful! Despite my negative comments, we did enjoy our stay, Brits were in a minority, which was quite nice!!

I booked the Family room, and when we arrived we got a room for people with disabilities, only tomorrow when the agent from the agency came, we managed to get the room that we had previously paid for. The first night we came, the dinner time was over, but the hotel does not take care of its guests, although we had just arrived I asked them to give us some snacks since we traveled all day and i had a child hungry from two years, we only got three small cookies. I had an unpleasant experience with the staff, where one employee when asked where I was going to put dirty towels, told me to put it on his head, why do you ask me like that, after that se didn't even apologize. The hotel is full of Russians, you do not have the feeling that you are in Turkey because you speak the most Russian language, there is a party for Russian guests at the pool and on the beach, Russian songs are constantly played, when you enter for dinner and the staff introduces you to the plan and program of the evening they all say it all in Russian. And to make it an even greater insult they greet you as a Russian, horribly. In the restaurant there is a very small terrace, which can not accommodate enough guests, so when the door from the terrace was opened, people would run to sit at a table as soon as possible, because there is not enough for everyone, and only a queue for food, it is a special horror, there are so many crowds, that you can not wait to take something and try it. They have a very poor selection of bread and pastries. If you want to have your sun lounger on the beach you have to get up really early and go busy, because the hotel staff does not take care that all guests have their own deck chairs. After breakfast when I just went to the beach, all the deck chairs were busy, and when I approached the staff, they told me to come early and get the deck chairs for my family, and they also have deck chairs at the pool so I can go upstairs to swim. It was disgusting behavior on the part of the hotel staff. The air conditioning in the rooms does not work, the fridge for drinks did not work, although we complained at the reception, it was not repaired, and the hotel is not so clean and tidy at all. The pool is terribly dirty, disgusting. At the bottom of the pool you see a glass. When you enter the hotel you can't breathe because it's so hot and stuffy, because the air conditioning doesn't work, there's no ventilation at all. Definitely the worst hotel ever. Horror horror

First of all, I would like to extend extra thanks to Mr. Murat at the reception, and to Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Tunay from the restaurant staff. Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. Our room was a superior type and was quite adequate, especially the bed was comfortable. However, I would like to mention that during the last two nights, we noticed a smell similar to drain odor coming from the air conditioner. After ventilating the room and turning it back on, the smell didn’t return. Apart from that, the room was quite good. Regarding the food, the barbecue section was particularly excellent. However, the meat in the stews was quite tough and not very tasty, to be honest. The dessert buffet was also very good. The breakfast was quite satisfying as well. However, I would suggest changing the type of sausage that is served. As for alcohol, the variety of rakı was particularly impressive and good. However, when we asked for melon or cheese while drinking rakı by the sea in the evening, we were charged extra. I believe at least a small amount of melon or cheese should have been available, or no extra charge should have been applied. Regarding the cocktails, I can only say they were cocktails in name. They were very poorly made. They use a brand called Gordon’s or GMG for gin. Bottled beer was only available in the lobby; other bars used draft beer. As for Starbucks, I waited in line for 30 people. It can get very crowded at times. However, it was a good idea to have it. The only thing is, I found its location quite odd. It shouldn’t have been placed next to the adult pool. The adult pool is supposed to be quiet and peaceful, but it wasn’t due to the Starbucks. The adult pool is only in name an adult pool. Children enter, and families with babies are present. We complained about this several times, but the staff didn’t deal with it directly; instead, they called somewhere else. Apparently, customers have been getting into fights and causing trouble. When I asked the staff why there were no umbrellas on the pier, I got the same response. I was told that people fight and argue to reserve spots. Several staff members also mentioned that the quality of the guests has declined this year. I can’t comment on that. However, after experiencing an argument with a lady who claimed a sunbed as hers, I understood. I have no issues with the hotel itself, but the guests were predominantly Russians, Slavs, and people from Turkic republics. Sometimes, after announcements in Russian, there wasn’t even an announcement in Turkish. As an expat living in Malta, my spouse and I felt like foreigners in our own country. I suppose, due to their large numbers, the Russians were particularly rude. There were many tourists who didn’t understand the concept of waiting in line. These are not related to the hotel, so I can’t say anything about that. However, I can say that the few Turkish guests we met were in agreement with us on this. In short, I was satisfied with the hot
