Days Inn by Wyndham Kemah

I stayed Mon-Wed and it was a very quiet stay. Check in was easy with the link to answer questions ahead of time. Construction in front of the hotel was going on so getting to it is a little tougher than normal. Breakfast was subpar with no protein options, just carbs with waffles, cold cereal and fruit. Hotel room was clean and spacious (kitchenette).

When we went to check-in room was not even available. There was no one to even clean them at the time. And didn't know if someone was going to clean them up at all pretty much was told, I have to cancel your room knowing that I had booked weeks into it. Poor staff poor service left unhappy

Air conditioner made a loud and clanky noise all night, and we found toilet paper in the bed, like the bed sheets were not changed. The guy at the front counter acted like he wanted to be anywhere else than his job. Received a message to do a check in process, so I did. Then got to the hotel and had to do the same process.

Microwave didn't work breakfast was a joke. Room had a smell to it. Brewed coffee to try to cover it

The breakfast had waffles and cereal. The outside of the building had ripped window screens. The pool was not heated. The hot tub had water but not hot. The stadf was friendly. The property was clean for the aged building

Bed super comfy. Pillows could use attention. Super clean room and common areas. Great location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but noisy. The amenities were good.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice pillows. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep.
