The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out they’re covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. The second night of this continued. I finally fell asleep at 11 PM through all the noise. At 11:15 p.m. I get a phone call on the hotel phone. I didn’t answer. Then it rang again this time I get out to bed to answer to have fort desk ppl yelling at me to keep the noise down. I said I am in the room with 2 other adult and a 12 year old. We just fell asleep through all this noise and now you call me 2 times and yell and me to keep it down?!! They then hung up on me! I complained to manager! I get $50 refunded out of $600 for a two night stay!!! What the hell, this was the worst experience and way over priced
