Overall is good! Because it is very convenient in the commercial body. But the style is old fashioned!

Breakfast is not bad... Poached eggs are very ceremonial... The location is very close to the train station.

We moved to this hotel after a horrible experience we had with Luciano Spa hotel (read that review to avoid it). Shalyapin hotel, named after the famous Russian opera singer is located right on the pedestrian Bauman St, next door to the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral. We had the luck being allocated the room with Cathedral view. Hotel is nothing to write home about, yet decent with fair sized rooms and average breakfast. Unfortunately, at time of our stay the pool didn't work. I find it a good and economic hotel for any tourist stay in great location, more than double cheaper than Luciano.

I don't know the meaning of the studio room, but everything is great. The pattern is not very good with my son. It is a pity that there is a pillar in the house. Breakfast is rich, the location is the city center, close to the ”ring” commercial center, direct access to the ”Bowman” commercial street, this street is the Kremlin ... very convenient!

Excellent value for money and good location. Kazan city is not big, so most attractions are within walking distance. Room facilities are good, and nearby restaurants are also ok.

Of the pluses: Our experience in the hotel was perfect. Settled early, the room is clean, large, comfortable beds, friendly girls on the resepshne. Of the downsides: One of the rooms to our arrival on the second day didn't have time to clean, but we came closer to 4:00... Not very well went water in the shower. To buy a little better shampoo or separate air conditioner, the water is apparently tough and very dry. The downsides are minimal, for me no lubrication of general impressions. From the tresh: On the day of departure was my birthday. For breakfast everyone on request pours hot. Breakfast in the Swedish table format (not a restaurant or a la card). Asked by the husband, can we give the glasses empty (without their sparkling), and we will drink ours to congratulate my family for breakfast to put a 300 bill as a traffic charge. I stay in this hotel not for the first time, everything likes, the location is beautiful, all around, in the very center of beautiful Kazan, delicious breakfasts, huge choice of dishes, in the form of the Swedish table 😍self the room is spacious, light, wonderful views , personal is listening to all wishes, recommended from the soul 👌🏻

Never choose this hotel for a holiday. Located far from the center. In the bedroom area .Transport is not going anywhere. You can only get out by taxi. Very uncomfortable.Breakfast Swedish table. No coffee machine . A drop-off coffee (glass bowl with heating) - What is strange for 4 stars. With an open window it is impossible to sleep very noisy from the road .near the avenue with very intense movement day and night. The fitness staff is inadequate.Before visiting the fitness room and the pool wanted to come in on a female day first to see what the sauna pool was and the hall came in a change shoe and dress. So they didn't even let you look.come in the swimsuit was said.I say you understand it's a crazy I just look.replies we have such rules.all rooms on one side and view from the window into the window of the house opposite.

Everything is great. I want to share the experiences about the restaurant. It's just horror ! I haven't experienced this for a long time. They came to lunch, 3 adults and a child. No one was at all except us. They ordered, asked for beer and yoga to bring immediately. Beer was carried 15 minutes, brought without yoga. Then began miracles. Greenki brought in 49 minutes when the beer was almost drunk, brought cold. On the question : why ? - Administrator Camilla (in her words, although at the level of communication she does not pull on the waiter) replied that all claims to the chef and a lot of orders at all. My remark that we came earlier was left unnoticed, as was 95% of our wishes. 10 minutes later, the “new” yeasts were brought, in fact, cold and brought back. I myself cook and can distinguish the righteous from the sinner. Photo of the grill with roasted garlic , as well as the ”full” guest room is attached. Thank God, the food of the child was brought. That would be sad, though not fun. The pelmen forgot, the wife was hot (she ordered one dish at all) not even brought after an hour. Truff oil in the linguine with truffles was missing, vegetable cutting is disgusting, the quality of vegetables is worse than in the five. The staff barely crawled, did not respond to the call button. I don't know how to understand it, but we will never come here again and strongly recommend not to visit this restaurant at all. I spoiled all the positive impression of the hotel. Such staff I would fire. And by the way, the mega-occupied chef on whom Camilla hung all the dogs didn't come out to us.
