Nice Location

Staff was nice, room clean. But couldn’t turn on tv or use charging systems. We did not complain as we were not there much. I didn’t want to take a chance in having to move rooms. Our choice.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The fitted sheet could have fit the bed better. Breakfast was okay, not great.

Breakfast was not appealing. Would have been nice to have eggs and better looking sausage. However, my room was nice and Hugo at the front desk was awesome. Helped me check-in and answer my questions.

The breakfast was just ok - standard “hot plate” and cereal type stuff. The parking was across the street, convenient and I didn’t have any issues but it was just an open lot and not “secure”.

Staff was great and property was clean. The parking ****** and the air conditioner was struggling to keep the room at 75.

Our room was clean, we initially had a problem with the shower but it was quickly fixed. Friendly, professional and helpful staff

Front desk staff were pleasant/helpful. Did not use gym. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of fruit options. Room was nice, but little things (shower toggle stuck, bathroom door didn't slide well, and a sticky spot on the carpet that my sock always seemed to find).

The front desk staff (particularly two staff- woman and a man) were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us a fix a minor issue. It was all the way they treated others and us that really stood out- and it set the tone for a calm, relaxed stay there. We asked to check in a bit early, and they happened to have room ready - but on the first floor. We wondered if it would be noisy but it wasn’t an issue at all. The room was spotless and updated as well. The continental breakfast had several options and there was plenty of food. We also walked to the open air market for lunch and brought back to enjoy in the dining area. It was easy walking distance to the convention center/restaurants or to the outdoor market in the other direction. The city was clean and the free trolly only a block away.
