Horrible first impression made it there 45 minutes before my check in and was informed that I had to wait till 3 o’clock so I watch them check other people in and I think they felt bad and decided to go ahead and

Conveniently located close to my son’s apartment and within walking distance of many restaurants. Many homeless people, sad to see, but not the hotel’s fault. Actually saw very kind police officers offering help to the people living outside this weekend in extreme heat.

Great Stay! Highly Recommend!
Location was amazing and a quick walk to the Power and Lights District and TMobil Center. Room was up to date and offered plenty of plug ins for all our electronics. Would stay here again!!

It Was OK
It was a rough start. The AC in our room wasn't working when we got to the hotel at 9:30 pm. They quickly upgraded us to a different room. I do have to say it was noisy overnight with the traffic and our neighbors slamming door all night. The parking isn't that great either.

The only thing we did not care for was the parking. Parking is $16 and it is in a lot across from the hotel. However, the parking was very cramped and it was really hard to get in and out of parking spaces.

The man who checked us in was great, the rest of staff was either unfruendly or snippy. Our room had a large bleach stain in the carpet and a hole. The curtains wouldn't close all the way. Extremely noisy, hall and street noise. Breakfast was basically gone by 930 am, no silverware, and when I asked she was rude and said they were out of forks. Wouldnt stay again.

Very Good stay - will be back.
Experience was very good. Only issue was the temperature control device on the wall. Hard to set . Other staying members in different rooms had the same problem.

Had to change rooms after I was already settled in my room. Had to get my key re-programmed after coming back later that night. Wasn't able to change the AC temperature in the room.
