They put me on a floor with a broken icemaker that never got fixed over the holiday weekend. It's the middle of the Summer, and they didn't even leave a couple of bottles of water in the room to help start me off. Odd. Minus those two things, the hotel is very nice and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Nice views and great staff.

It was a maze to get to my room! Up one elevator to 2nd floor, then across a skywalk and down another hall to another elevator, then up to my floor. Very, very confusing, time consuming, stressful and exhausting. And no microwave in the rooms.

Great location right near the convention center and walking distance to the Power and Light district. Nice, affordable hotel with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly staff, from the front desk agents to the valet workers. Would definitely stay here again.

Every single member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious! Breakfast, both the buffet and individually ordered items, was yummy!
