The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

켄사스시티 다운타운에 일이 있어 스테이하면 전반적으로 무난 합니다. 호텔 시설은 오래 되어서 많아 낡았습니다. 아침 조식은 별로 였습니다.

Great staff!
I was super early to check in and was hoping to at least be able to put my car in the hotel's covered parking. But they already had a room available, so I was able to park my car AND drop my bags off at 10:00am! They were so accommodating and every member of the staff had a smile for me. Highly recommend. Plus, the views from the rooms are AMAZING!

Umbrella blew over in the pool area on top of someone in our party, the base did not have water or sand inside. Phone didn’t work in 1507.

Bad Pool
Overall it was good. The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. We swam in it our first day, but when we went to swim the second day it was closed. We asked staff, our of concern because the notice was from the health department, why it was closed and they said they didn’t know.
