特地選擇這家距離Nelson美術館最近的一家酒店。電梯陳舊，但是房間內非常新設施先進，完整，乾淨。床非常舒適。
健身房在三層，跑步機臨窗。健身房玻璃上有喜來登標誌痕跡，知道他的前身是誰了😁游泳池一半在室外，一半在户外，是熱水池。
免費停車，刷房卡可進出停車場。
早餐有自助和菜單點餐兩種。經典美食，中規中矩。

這麼爛的酒店真的很少見，打掃不認真，服務態度爛，很多設施是壞的，酒店停車要錢，洗衣服要硬幣，取錢換硬幣要5刀手續費噁心人，沒有其他希爾頓的優質餐廳等數不勝數的問題

Property/room overall were nice (besides the pocket door to the bathroom being stuck open, which is unfortunate because the toilet is so close to the bed). My middling review stems from the general rudeness I received from the staff when I called to ask some questions about booking the room. After insulting my intelligence, the man at the front desk then transfered me to another person who demanded I give them my name and phone number, and after I complied they hung up on me abruptly.
This was all very odd behavior from hospitality staff.
I also informed the front desk that the pocket door was not functioning and was told that they would send someone up to fix it, but no one ever showed up.

Great location for a Kansas City getaway! Located in the heart of the Plaza, it offers loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Best hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time ~ so refreshing! And the bellmen were top notch! Both Randall and Jermaine went above & beyond. I can recommend this hotel without reservation :)
