Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper .

Hygiene: The hotel's housekeeping is great, but the hygiene is average. There will be a lot of ants whenever food is placed on the table.

Stayed for two nights and overall I felt okay. It's okay to experience a cave hotel, but it's not a standard five-star hotel after all.
Breakfast was ok. I had dinner at the hotel once and it was okay.
The service was enthusiastic, and two stone pieces were given to the room as souvenirs before leaving.
It's just that the hotel is too difficult to find, even using Baidu and Google Maps. I obviously saw the hotel on the mountain at the bottom of the mountain, but I couldn't find the way. It took nearly two hours and several times of asking for directions to find it.
