Himalaya Mount View Resort

My wife and I recently spent four nights at Hotel Mount View Resort in Kausani and had a pleasant stay overall. Our rooms, 112 and 117, were spacious and well-maintained, offering us plenty of comfort during our visit. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains, which we could admire from both our rooms and the rooftop. On clear days, the scenery was simply breathtaking, and we spent ***y hours gazing out at the picturesque landscape. The service at the resort was attentive and friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. However, we did notice that the food options were somewhat limited during our visit. Apparently, some staff members were on leave due to the Holi festival, which may have impacted the kitchen's capacity. Nevertheless, the food we did have was tasty and well-prepared, and we were satisfied with the overall quality. One minor issue we encountered was that some of the staff could be more hospitable and professional. While most employees were friendly and helpful, a few seemed to lack the training and experience to provide exceptional service. We feel that the resort could benefit from investing more in staff development and training to ensure that all guests receive the best possible experience. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the rooftop view. It was a true delight to gaze at the mountains during the day and the stars at night. However, we should note that the resort is somewhat isolated from the market, so visitors who want to explore Kausani may find it more convenient to have a personal vehicle. All in all, we had a great time at Hotel Mount View Resort and would recommend it to others. The resort has a lot of potential, and we hope to see it continue to improve in the future.
