The waiter made a mistake with my order. A meal-included order was confirmed after check-in, but it wasn't. This took time to resolve. Furthermore, there was a miscommunication between the front desk and the restaurant. Even after the front desk corrected the situation, the restaurant refused to acknowledge it, requiring further resolution. I booked a car to the airport, but was not informed of the next-day departure time. I contacted the front desk twice, but the hotel still couldn't confirm the departure time until 9 PM. The hotel manager finally confirmed the departure time at 8 AM. The waiter's service was extremely poor, and the quality of the service was extremely low. The hotel facilities were dated, and the rooms lacked windows for ventilation.

The hotel is quite big and stylish! The breakfast is very rich. The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned!

The environment was clean and hygienic, and the coffee was good.

The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come. In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep.
