⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at the Jiuding Xile Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until check-out, every aspect of the hotel demonstrated professionalism, warm and attentive service, and an extreme attention to detail. The front desk team greeted me warmly and ensured both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. They were consistently polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist me with any questions. The housekeeping department maintained an excellent standard in my room throughout my stay. The room and all public areas of the hotel were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for the hotel. The cafe served delicious food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, friendly, and always provided prompt service with a genuine smile. The Dingyan Chinese Restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The dishes were authentic, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant staff were professional and meticulous, making every meal a pleasant experience. What particularly impressed me was that all staff members were dressed in neat and appropriate uniforms, showcasing the hotel's highly professional image. Every employee I encountered was polite, warm, friendly, and helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest. I must also give a special commendation to the hotel manager, whose outstanding leadership was evident in the high-quality service across all aspects of the hotel. The manager was approachable, professional, and genuinely cared about every guest, ensuring they had a pleasant and memorable stay. Jiuding Yueyue Hotel is clean, well-managed, and offers first-class service across all departments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, high quality, and genuine hospitality. Staying in Kathmandu for a couple of days after Pokhara, Thamel is always my first choice. It's super convenient for exchanging money and finding places to eat.

They overcharged me and didn't even give me the correct change, strong-arming a tip out of my room payment. On top of that, they accused me of staining the bedding when it clearly wasn't my doing, forcing me to pay for damages. I had already informed the front desk staff about a stain on the pillowcase when I checked in, yet they still made me pay when I checked out. Ultimately, I had to report it to Trip.com, and it was Trip.com that reimbursed me. This is my first and last time visiting Nepal. The hotel owner is Chinese, and I have to wonder, can employees like this really be tolerated? I strongly suggest the owner stop using local Nepali staff and instead hire Chinese employees. Anyone can see the stain wasn't new; it was clearly an old, set-in stain. Most importantly, bedding stains at a hotel should be considered normal wear and tear. How can guests be expected to pay for that? I've truly never encountered anything like this before.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the location in Thamel was incredibly convenient. It was easy to go shopping and dining without having to walk far. A big thank you to Rukesh for the warm welcome! I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kathmandu.

This hotel is surprisingly new and good for Kathmandu. It's run by a Chinese owner with a Chinese-style design, making it very suitable for Chinese guests. It's very clean and quiet, and every staff member provides excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nepal.
