We really enjoyed our stay. 5 days at the end of September. Not the best weather but that's pot luck in September! Special mention to Despina Kalyva who heads up guest relations. She was always friendly and keen to assist. The placement of the hotel is perfect. So close to a lovely beach with waiter service and the water is crystal clear. Would suggest waterproof swimming shoes as a little pebbly underfoot. We also spotted dolphins in the horizon which was a joy. The grounds are immaculate and have a lovely relaxing feel. The Magnolia and Fiki restaurant both situated within the grounds were fabulous. A few small issues that could bring the hotel up to a 5 for me. These are all regarding maintenance and not staff. Some areas need repair and maintenance. Shower in spa and the smell in manicure room is grim . However the therapists working there were excellent. More lockers for all customers using facilities in spa including the sauna would be welcome. The food is fine in the main restaurant, they have a big selection. A bigger choice of fresh food/ fruit would be nice. A tray would help people having to going back and forth as its a bit chaotic I personally hate using communal serving tongs especially after Covid. Dairy free milk was never readily available and always had to be requested. Also the queue for the coffee was too long. More machines would help those desperate for their caffeine in morning. If you can, get the best room you can afford. We had a mountain view which was fine but overlooked a car port and had the noise of delivery trucks coming. Please don't let these details put you off as it was lovely. Would love these suggestions to be considered and bring it up to the standards the staff are trying to achieve.

I’m going home in the morning and I just want to say what a fantastic week I’ve had. I’m so grateful! I visited Greece to have my embryo transfer as I’m doing ivf in Thessaloniki. I needed somewhere relaxing and pretty to keep me in a good frame of mind. I couldn’t recommend a more beautiful, relaxing and positive place to have spent the week. The grounds are absolutely stunning and well maintained. There is Never an issue to get a sunbed and they are extra comfy! The beach is a literal stones through away and private for guests, so calm. The food (from a fussy eater and vegetarian) was a 10/10 there was always something different each night it was always hot and always delicious. The breakfast is the same each day but lots of variety of foods to chose from. Snacks are available through the day ant the pool bar or beach restaurant at cost if half board like we were but cheap and yummy! Chips on the menu means crisps just an heads up lol! and and there is a ice cream parlour! A on-site shop for snacks and essentials, an arcade and a games room within the palm bar with cards, board games and a pool table. I recommend the strawberry basil lemonade and add a shot of something if you want something alcoholic it’s so refreshing and tasty! By far the thing that sets this hotel apart from other 5 star resorts is The staff! They work very hard throughout the hotel, but the ones on the restaurants absolutely made our stay. Especially the greeters at the main restaurant! they made you feel like family. Always so personable and happy to see you. Especially vagellis (sorry I’ve prob spelt that wrong) despina and all their team! And the wait staff are so quick and helpful. I will genuinely miss seeing their smiling faces each day! I’ll be back asap :)

Beach… absolutely 5* Hotel… 4* The beach The beach is stunning, crystal clear, you can see the bottom of the sea bed 50m in the sea. It’s sand once in, co**** sand @ sun beds and small stones as you go in. There are fish to see that might nibble your feet. Water sports 100m from the hotels sun beds, but it’s quiet which I love, no jetsky going up and down. Paddle board/ paddelo €20/hr. The beach bar plays fantastic variety of jazzy music from 9-7…not too loud. You get beach towels from hotel which you can exchange every day for fresh ones. 50m from the beds is georges hotel with lovely rustic restaurant, amazing Greek salad, cheap wine and ice creams…sadly the hotels ice cream is €4.5 per scoop. Pool Big and fancy…but you have to go down a ladder…like in a lido. I wish it was more modern in that sense. Lots of comfy cushions and sun beds however. The pool had some dirty bits floating on top, I never saw any pool cleaners around. The hammock are is great touch for kids to hung around in the evening. Hotel The grounds are very nice. The rooms are dated but clean. If you are staying 4+people you will have the dates rooms. Rooms are spacious but sadly not well thought off. Old kitchinette, sofa made from 2single beds…I wish they put another double bed instead. No duvets only sheets. Air con is ok but not as strong as other hotels. You get a bottle of water for free every day, cleaning every day. There is mini supermarket with lilos, snacks, souvenirs, sun creams. There is a boutique, kids club, spa. 2 a la carte restaurants. Kids have some kids discos I believe downstairs in the kids club, sax player on Monday which was good. We are not fans of kids entertainment blaring every night so this hotel was perfect. And just to mention it’s a family hotel, not so much for couples. Food The buffet it’s ok, but not 5*, saying that I always found one dish I loved, fresh salads, delicious desserts. Plus 2 a la carte restaurants. The Japanese restaurant is amazing but overpriced, we still went 2x. You get 30% off when half board. Area You are 5min in a car from small village with 2/3 restaurants or 15mins from bigger busy village. As mentioned George’s hotel beach restaurant is good for lunches and at the entrance of the hotel is a lovely cocktail bar. Staff Very helpful and polite.

Staff are very helpful and courteous. Food buffet is fresh and not bad at all.. there was fruit, cheeses, bread, soup and lots of other hot varieties for vegetarians. Their chips were amazing! We were at end of season, so they were closing up the excursions, but you can get a bus ride to local village for €2.30. A nice tranquil place, to walk around. Lots to do at the hotel, spa, tennis, pool & a 2min walk from your hotel room to the beach. Rooms were clean, only thing I will say the bathroom did not look like what we saw in the website pictures. Tired looking and warn out out - but clean. Wondered if they did have nice bathrooms at all? But will not stop us from visiting again. We loved the spa, like to thank Konstantin who was very helpful and patient. And the food hall staff who always greeted us with a warm smile. Will definitely go again.

This place was incredible. The rooms were great - everything we needed for our stay. The beds were so comfortable i could hardly get myself up in time for breakfast. the whole place feels so quiet and relaxing, we were never disturbed by any other guests or noise. The WIFI is great - really good signal everywhere in the hotel. The staff were very helpful, seating us for dinner, taking drinks orders, booking taxis for us. Can't fault them! We took a taxi into Kriopigi a couple of times to browse for souveneirs and once for a meal outside of the hotel. There is not a lot there but it is a lovely little town with some very pretty views. The food was great - I have never been a fan of a buffet but this was out of this world. Breakfast and dinner both greta with so many options! Me and my mum tried at least 3 desserts each night so we did not miss out! The ice cream counter is also really good, a little pricey but so delicious. The beach is beautful with comfy sun loungers - hotel provides towels as well (can be replaced as often as you'd like - which is a plus - saves on packing! Did not try out the spa but looked great - always felt peacfeful when collecting fresh towels. The big pool is so clean and welcoming on a hot day although it was a tad chilly, takes you breath away as you get in. Fun to have the hammocks, bean bags and the grassy area with sunloungers amongst the palm trees - absolute heaven.

For my family it was a last minute decision during the October half term to join my cousin and his family who were flying out to Greece and staying at this amazing hotel to celebrate my nephew’s 21st Birthday. There was nothing to fault but praise all round from the moment we arrived to the day we left. The ever smiling friendly staff down from the security at the Gate especially Georgia to housekeeping staff right up to the management were there to cater for our every need. We booked on half board basis and both Breakfast and Dinner was unbelievable. You were spoilt for choice from starters to main to desserts. You were greeted with the ever smiling Despina, Vaggelis and Maria at the restaurant reception to Nicco and Renzo who would cater for all your needs in the restaurant. They were so friendly and hardworking and served with professionalism and character. If you asked Nicco for something that was not part of the menu he would say let me see what I can do and he made it happen(if available). Every day he put on a show by carrying a vast amount of plates on his hands when tiding up after meals. Fiki Fiki the Asian Peruvian Restaurant, in the hotel is a worthwhile experience.

Kassandra Palace really is in a class of its own, the service provided by the staff here is second to none, they are extremely welcoming and accommodating, be it room service or fine dining for two on the beach front, there is nothing they cannot to to make your stay here a memorable one. There are facilities here cater for everyone, from those who wish to travel solo to large family vacations. The spa offers a multitude of treatments from pedicure to full body massage, with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The children’s area has a crèche with child care for those couple who need a short break to relax without the children, this offers a games room for the older kids and evening mini discos for the little one’s and two shops, one souvenir/toy shop and a clothing shop, not forgetting the very delicious ice cream bar. Outside there is a children’s pool and generous play area with climbing frames and all the usual playground kit. There are 4 restaurants and 5 bars, 2 bars inside the main building and the main food inclusive restaurant. Outside we have the Ninemia Beach Bar which provides table service to your beach bound loungers offering drinks and light brunch, the Oasis pool bar and the Magnolia Bar and Restaurant. The Magnolia is a must see and try, the food is absolutely Devine, dinner time lunch here is included in your Full Board stay, evening meals here are applicable to a 30% discount, drinks not included and full price chargeable. We also have the Fiki Fiki Asian Peruvian Restaurant on the beach front, again the food is in a class of its own and although lunch time meals are not free, where accommodation is Full Board the 30% discount is applicable, again the same applies to drinks as mentioned above. Ninemia Beach Bar which provides table service to your beach bound loungers offers a verity of drinks from coffee to cocktails, along with snacks for a light brunch. The Oasis pool bar offers the same menu as the Ninemia beach bar along side the main pool, here we have generous beanbag style seating and sun loungers. All in all this is a magnificent hotel, the rooms for us as a family of four are everything we would expect, some of the furniture is slightly dated and some may find fault in certain area’s, but for us and for the price you pay it is perfect. The rooms have everything you would expect to find, 2 showers, bath, hairdryer, kettle, hobs but no utensils except for those who accommodate self catered. We have a double bed which can be separated and two sofa beds for the children, aircon, 2 televisions and 4 chairs with a large table on the balcony. Room service called twice per day, linen and towels were changed daily and our room left in the condition we found it upon arrival. A short walk on the beach brings you to a mini market, 2 further beach bars and a water sports area offering canoes, paddle boards, jet ski, power boat rides and peddle boats. We are now on day 4 of 7, we have spent 3 full days on the comp
