The environment is average, the hotel is a bit old, and the lights in the room are very dark. The air conditioner was broken and I asked someone to repair it, but it still broke. 😓😓 The room I changed later also always had air conditioning that wasn't cool. There are too many people asking questions at the hotel front desk, and we are often overwhelmed and have to wait for a long time.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

I am very fortunate to stay here for the first stop in Kashgar, and I also met the caring boss and the lovely Jiaying. The B&B is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, and it takes only a few minutes to walk from the entrance of the second south gate. The B&B is full of cultural atmosphere, and you can feel the owner's care in every corner and detail. The road section of our itinerary was closed, and the boss helped us modify the itinerary. Since the departure was early the next day, the boss and Jiaying also thoughtfully packed breakfast for us. A very memorable stay, see you next time Zebra!

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel service is attentive, the front desk staff is enthusiastic and has a bright smile, especially in the morning, they are very thoughtful and the hotel ends at eleven o'clock. The afternoon tea provided in the suite was also great, two people couldn't finish it🤩The late check-out service was also thoughtful!
