Mercure Properties in Kashgar City

The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! The staff were patient, enthusiastic, and very good-looking too! They proactively upgraded me to an Old Town view room before check-in. Although the room wasn't large, it had a small, dedicated space for enjoying the view, directly facing the Old Town and the Kunlun Tower. As night fell and the lights flickered, I could feel the vibrant atmosphere of Kashgar. On my first night, I simply sat by the window, and the world suddenly became still. The prime location is truly unmatched. A staff member even told me that I could be escorted to the rooftop balcony to get a 270-degree panoramic view of the east and west sections of the Old Town. With the sunset casting its glow over the ancient city from that 270-degree vantage point, can you imagine the beauty...? Excellent value for money, superb location, thoughtful service, and stunning views – highly recommended.

Great hotel in the city. Very clean and modern and located next to a new shopping mall with great access to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular 小艾 who helped us on check in and was very attentive to our needs through the stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city

My stay at the Mercure Kashgar Convention and Exhibition Center Hotel during this trip was a delightful surprise! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around for business and sightseeing, and the surrounding amenities are all readily available. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent, making for a very refreshing stay. The facilities were complete and functional, maintained like new, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with sophisticated decor, making it comfortable for both rest and work. The service was also exceptionally attentive and considerate. The staff member, Xiaoli, was warm and polite, promptly resolving any issues, making me feel right at home. The price-performance ratio is outstanding; staying here in Kashgar is definitely a safe bet, and I highly recommend it!
