Very nice hotel just across the street from the rebuilt ancient city and mosque. Big room, nice view. Breakfast is included and is mostly chinese breakfast items. Reception struggled with English but we used translation app with some ( limited) success—tgey were super friendly and really tried to please. Hotel works perfectly so don’t need a lot of communication. I would stay there again!

The location is just outside one of the Ancient City entrance. My day tour pick up point is at the hotel. There is a 24hrs beef noodle just below the hotel which is not bad.

Convenient location, massive room, I loved it.

Fantastic location just few minutes away from old town. Very helpful reception have us a nice map of Kashgar using which we could easily find all the interesting spots. Parking was a little confusing, as the security didnt let us in from main road and we had to make a large loop around the block to enter from the side street. Parking is however free of charge and once you find entrance you can park directly in front of the hotel actually - very convenient. There are few small stores at the GF, including one with some %% , which is also very convenient as those are not so easy to find.

The staff were all helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean & comfortable. Good location across from the entrance to the old town. Recommended.

Got back to Kashgar after traveling around in the region …I really enjoyed it! And always nice if a familiar hotel and staff are there ready to help you settle comfortably… I stayed in this hotel before. Friendly helpful staff! And a great location right next to the peoples square with a statue of chairman Mao overlooking looking the peoples square and park.. A short and pleasant walking distance to the old town and other attractions.. easy to get taxis and public transport. A big warm hug 🤗 to all the staff for their help and friendliness… big smiles and happy faces… and costumer care!

The hotel is a bit in his hay days when it comes to the interior. The location is perfect situated next to old town. Breakfast is provided in the restaurant next to the hotel. Although tasty I would prefer more options.

Tianyuan Business Hotel is economical and affordable. Very close to the ancient city. Convenient transportation. The facilities are a bit old. But it is clean and sanitary. The service is very friendly. Introduced the surrounding attractions. Very enthusiastic. You must go to Tashkurgan County when you come to Kashgar. Beautiful,

The hotel is in the old city area, with People's Square and the park just around the corner, which is very convenient for those who want to pay homage to Chairman Mao's memorial statue. It costs less than 40 yuan to take a taxi from Kashgar Railway Station to the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk slowly to Kashgar Old City, Khan Bazar and other places. The hotel is a chain hotel in Xinjiang and is quite good. There are also travel agencies settled in the hotel, which is very convenient for reporting local tours. The hotel upgraded the suite for this stay. It is a bit difficult for people with short legs to get out of the bathtub. It would be better if a handrail could be installed next to it. The breakfast is very rich, and the children said that the yogurt is delicious. The only shortcoming is that some plates and spoons are not very clean, and I hope it can be improved.

The hotel is located opposite the ancient city and next to the People's Park. The price is moderate and the breakfast is rich. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy. The day after we arrived, the Kashgar Marathon was held and the entry and exit of hotel guests was fully controlled. We were forced to check out early and move to a hotel near the train station. We were quite speechless. However, this was not the hotel's fault. They just followed the instructions. It’s just a bummer for us travelers that we can’t even go to the ancient city!

Although it is an old hotel, it is neat and clean, the price is moderate, and the breakfast is good. It is nearby the People's Park and the ancient city of Kashgar where you can walk around. It is one of the best places to stay when visiting Kashgar. The biggest regret is that there is no self-service laundry room, which is inconvenient for long-stay travelers. By the way, there is a cool old-fashioned powerful hair dryer in the toilet. This is something I have never seen in other hotels and is quite new.

The hotel is especially suitable for guests who do not drive themselves. It has a superior geographical location, and is separated from the ancient city of Kashgar by a road. The hotel's parking lot is also a gathering place for individual tourists in Kashgar, making travel convenient. The People's Park next to the hotel has buses No. 2 and No. 28 to Kashgar Airport, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 28 (airport-train station), No. 30, and No. 33 to the railway station, and No. 2, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 30, and No. 33 to the Xiangfei Garden scenic area. The hotel's front desk staff, room cleaning staff, and hotel security are warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The guest rooms are clean and safe to use. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Drinks and snacks are given on the first day of stay. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties to choose from. Of course, there were some regrets during my stay. First, when I took a shower on the first day, dirt kept coming out of the anti-skid mat (there are photos to prove it), so I had to rinse it myself for nearly 40 minutes before I could continue to take a shower. It seems that the anti-skid mat, which is a filthy object, is a dead corner for hygiene. Second, when I went out the next morning, I clearly remembered to put the plug of the mobile phone charger and the charging cable together on the bedside table. When I came back to charge it at night, there was only the charging cable but no plug. I called the front desk but no one answered. I went to the first floor to ask the front desk staff, and the answer was: our cleaners will definitely not take it. You must have put it somewhere randomly and can't remember it. I don't doubt the character and quality of your hotel's cleaners at all, but when I checked in at noon on the first day, I also noticed that when the cleaners cleaned the guest rooms, whether they had checked out or not, the doors were wide open, which does not rule out other possibilities. Besides, it was used the night before. The plug and the charging cable can only be used together. Who would separate the plug and the charging cable and ask for trouble? A plug is not worth much, and there is no need to charge a hotel for it. When you are out, it does cause a nuisance to affect the charging of your phone. Finally, the front desk staff brought me a plug (which was returned to the front desk staff when I checked out on the morning of the 26th). This staff member was the same staff member who checked me in. I was deeply impressed by her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service when I checked in before. I even paid special attention to her work card at that time, but the charging plug incident discounted my impression of her. Overall, it is still a very good hotel worth recommending.

Tianyuan Business Hotel (Kashgar Ancient City Branch) has convenient transportation and good hotel environment. After checking in, special dried fruits are given in the room for tasting. Xiao Wu at the front desk is enthusiastic and efficient, and gives it a five-star rating.
