Wanfei International Hotel

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby are a nice touch. We stayed on the sixth floor, and the supervisor and the rest of the staff there were absolutely wonderful. They kept our room spotless. We stayed for two nights, and even when we told them not to bother cleaning on the second day because we felt they worked so hard, they still meticulously cleaned everything. The driver was also fantastic! We were on a 16-day trip from Tibet to Xinjiang, and staying here for the last two days made for a truly satisfying and perfect end to our journey. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the breakfast just a little bit.

Very satisfied with our family stay! The hotel environment is quiet, and the room is spacious, giving my family plenty of room to move around. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, and the hotel's location is easy to find with convenient transportation. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive, always quick to respond to any requests. We'll definitely stay here again for our next family trip!

Facilities: The facilities are complete, with a coffee machine, beverage station, etc. Hygiene: The entire hotel is spotless. Environment: Convenient for getting around, surrounded by residential areas. Service: The service attitude is excellent. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are very professional. They even helped me with my luggage to the car when I left.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast offered a great variety. The room's soundproofing was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near a food festival and the ancient city, making it easy to get around.

Traveled here with my family. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bed was cozy. This time, I managed to book a room with a bathtub, which was a real luxury after coming down from the Khunjerab Pass at 5100m elevation. Being able to take a good soak and then get a wonderful night's sleep was truly blissful. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk attendant. He noticed something was off with my glasses and asked if the nose pads were broken. Oh my goodness, I had been walking around with a wad of tissue paper on my nose bridge for three days straight – three days, from Kuqa to Taxkorgan, and then back to Kashgar! I was planning to get them fixed when I got home. But then, like magic, this front desk guy pulled out a box of nose pads and a precision screwdriver! He had soft ones, hard ones, big ones, small ones, transparent and opaque ones! He said, 'Haha, who hasn't broken their glasses or nose pads playing sports during their school days?' I almost wanted to bow down to him on the spot! I've included a few travel photos; the last one shows the nose pad fixed right there. This hotel definitely deserves a lot of credit for making our family trip a smooth one.

The hotel is quite new, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in. The room had a smart toilet, and the bedding was super comfortable. The TV was large, and I especially appreciated that there was conditioner in the shower. The only minor issue was that the scent in the room was a bit too strong upon entering; a lighter fragrance would be better.

This hotel is truly excellent. The room layout is very well-designed, with the washbasin in the living area, and the toilet and shower completely separate. The room's smart features are thorough and well-thought-out, down to the smallest details. For example, when all the lights are off for sleeping, pressing any button will first illuminate only the toilet light, giving you enough light to find the restroom in the dark without being bothered by overly bright light. The hotel service is also very considerate; they don't interfere with guests' plans and thoughtfully provide fruit. All the front desk staff are friendly, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel's location is also good. There's a street market right outside where you can buy all sorts of fresh produce, and a convenience store at the entrance, which is very handy. You can walk to the Old City scenic area within 20 minutes, or walk in the opposite direction to a food street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I recommend this hotel to all visitors coming to Kashgar.
